Today was mine and niko's one year anniversary and I was extremely excited. Niko had booked a dinner reservation at our favourite restaurant it was actually where we went on our first date which was cute. And since then it was just our go to place.
I stood in the bathroom just touching up on my makeup as he walked into the room standing behind me wrapping his arms around my waist.
"You look so beautiful baby" he said to me with a smile on his face.
I smiled at him in the reflection and said "thank you babe you look very handsome"
He watched me finish up with my makeup and when I was done I turned around and gave him a small kiss on the lips.
"I'm ready" i said with a smile.
"Okay let's go" he replied.
"hold on picture" i said before turning back to look at the mirror.
When we arrived at the restaurant we both got out of the car and walked into the restaurant.
He held my hand as he walked in and he said to the lady at the door "hello we have a reservation under nikolas omilana"
After we were seated and ordered food and drinks I smiled at my boyfriend.
He reached across the table and held my hand before saying "I love you so much y/n"
"I love you too baby" I replied grinning. I just couldn't stop smiling I love this boy so much.
Around ten minutes later the food had arrived and niko's eyes lit up making me let out a small laugh. "You seem excited for the food" i said with a smile.
"I am I love the food here" he said with a smile.
The waiter handed him something secretly so I couldn't see what it was which made me nervous and my heart raced.
"Y/n I want you to know that I love you so much and the year that we have been together has to be the best year of my life. You honestly changed me so much. I don't know what I would do without you" he said holding my hand.
"Niko-" I began to say but he cut me off.
What was this boy planning
He pulled out a ring making tears form in my eyes. I was hoping it wasn't an engagement ring as much as I love him it was just too soon.
He interrupted me by saying "before you say anything it's not an engagement ring, it's a promise ring. Because as long as im always with you, I promise nobody will ever hurt you, I promise to look after you forever, to support you, to cherish you, and overall to just be there for you whenever you need me. I promise to be the best boyfriend. I love you so much y/n"
He stood up and leaned down giving me a long hug before putting the ring on my finger.
"I love you so much babe" i said wiping the tears from my eyes.
He gave me a small kiss before sitting back down.
"Now let's enjoy this food shall we?" he said with a huge smile.
I smiled and nodded my head.

After the amazing dinner we went home and watched some movies.
I then decided to post all of the photos that I had took tonight just for memories yk.
