After four months of leisure ,It's time to get back to work, I thought as I walked into my office to officially resume leading my crew. Lo walked in and sat across from on the other side of my desk.

Nodding to the drink I poured for us "What is the occasion?"

"I am a father." my eyes watched for his response, but there was none which is why he is and will always be my second , and my best friend.

"Congratulations" Lo responded raising the drink

Over the next hour I filled him in on Remi-Blu and Estebana. Lo was quiet and let me finish before asking any questions. Once I was done talking he again nodded his head.

"Remi-Blu is a smart woman, she was under the radar this entire time I would have never connected her to you, in all honesty I assumed she really was with Dante Adino"

I nodded in agreement.

"So when do I get to meet my Goddaughter?" Lo smiled the smile of a new uncle.

"Soon for now we are keeping things quiet, until I finalize legitimizing the crews business"

Remi and I discussed our future and mutually agreed to wait on any announcements until a few things had been corrected. One thing that was important to her was reconciling with her family. And I also wanted to reconcile with my parents, especially since they were now grandparents, I knew how important being in Ria's life would be to them.

"Is it still a good time for me to take a break?" Lo asked

"Yes of course, you deserve it"

"I'll be leaving after the coming Parlay."

Lo and I finished the conversation and he left to handle some business. The rest of the day I spent reviewing files, reports and meeting with different men from our crew. For the first time I couldn't wait to get home.

Remi's penthouse was currently home; it was the safest place for Ria. So many things had changed except for Remi's frequent business trips. I understand being a Lawyer is time consuming and her high profile clients are demanding. My plan was to change that soon.

The ride to the Yacht club brought back memories of my early teenage years when the life I knew changed. Tonight I hope to fix my broken family. A family I divided.

"Ban, are you sure you are ready for this?" worry clouded her eyes.

"Fania it's time."

Straightening our backs and holding our heads high we joined our parents at their table.

There were no words as our mother stood to embrace us both at the same time, her tears were enough reason for me to face the issues my father and I had, because that was the crux of the rift in our family. The Navvaro men were stubborn.

I walked to my father and held out my hand uncertain if my father would do more than look at it. When I moved to lower my hand my father shook my hand and then surprised me as he pulled me toward him in a tight hug.

"It's good to see you both," our father said as we took our seats.

Estefania and my mother chatted all through the dinner, my father and I occasionally nodded in agreement or understanding. The air was heavy with all that needed to be said, but fear kept us all silent.

When dessert was served I pushed past my fear, addressing my parents I said what should have been said years ago.

"I would like to clear the air, I disappointed you when I was a young immature man, I've grown in many ways since then. I want you to know that I am here for my family."
