Stevie's eyes were fixed on the big screen. They chose a later showing so there weren't as many people there. Lindsey wasn't exactly excited about Stevie's pick, but he wasn't going to fight over something so stupid. Maybe if he behaved, he would get rewarded afterwards. This was their third official date and all she let him do the other two times was kiss her goodnight when he brought her home. They really were starting from the very beginning.

Even breathing, getting louder by the minute, distracted Stevie from the movie and she glanced to her left. Lindsey had fallen asleep, his head resting on her shoulder. He shifted and smacked his lips as he put his hand under his head to get more comfortable.

"Ouch!" Lindsey yelped, feeling a sharp quick slap on his forehead.

"Shhhhh!" Someone shushed them from behind.

"What the hell was that for?" Lindsey whisper-shouted, sitting up straight.

"You feel asleep!" Stevie replied in the same manner. "We're on a date and you fell asleep!"

Shit. "You know I don't like these types of movies."

"Shut up!" Again, the same voice scolded them.

Stevie leaned in closer. "You can't suffer through an hour an a half? Really?"

"Well, I'm sorry, but this is so boring." Lindsey tipped his head towards the screen. "You should have known better than to drag me to Pretty in Pink if you didn't want me to fall asleep." Silence. "Stevie?" Nothing. "Hey, baby, I'm sorry. I-"

"Would you shut the fuck up!"

"Chill out, jeez!" Lindsey yelled back. "I'll make it up to you." His attention back on Stevie. "We can go again if you like and I promise I won't look away for one second."

As tempting as it sounded, Stevie wasn't sure that she would even want to see it again. "Shh." Now she shushed him, patting his hand to let him know that she wasn't too angry wit him.

Five minutes at best passed and Lindsey felt his eyes growing heavy again. He shook himself to stay alert. What to do, what to do... His hand settled on her thigh. Stevie didn't think much of it until his thumb brushed over her leg a few times, his other fingers dipped in between and he gave a gentle squeeze, she lay her hand over his.

"What do you think you're doing?" Stevie whispered.

"Do you want me to stay awake or not?" Lindsey asked quietly, his mouth close to her ear.

"We're not 16-years-old, Lindsey, cut it out." She told him only half-heartedly.

He withdrew his hand away and draped his arm over her shoulders, she leaned into him, thinking that he for once listened to her. Not for long, though. He brought his free hand up and traced an invisible line down the side of her neck. His finger moved lower and lower until it got trapped in between her breasts.

"Stop it." Stevie hissed, but made no move to pull away.

"I hear you saying that, but I don't see you really wanting me to." Lindsey shook his head slightly, he pressed a light kiss to her cheek.

He cupped her breast and felt the hard peak through her clothes just begging for his attention. She closed her eyes briefly and sighed, feeling his lips nuzzling her neck. He pulled his hand away, but only for a moment, before he sneaked inside her blouse and she moaned louder when he softly pinched her.

"Oh God, stop it, please." Stevie begged and they got yelled at from behind once more. "You're not supposed to be touching me like that."

Lindsey really didn't care. He turned her head towards him and captured her lips, partly because he wanted to kiss her, partly to silence her as he continued groping her.

A bright flash startled them and pulled them apart. Stevie quickly fixed her clothes, her head hung low, while Lindsey stared back at the usher, speechless.

"I have to ask you to leave." The man, looking very displeased, spoke up. "Now." He added.

Knowing that he was in huge trouble, Lindsey could hardly control his laughter. It wasn't the first time they got handsy in a public place, but they had never actually got caught before. Clutching Stevie's hand firmly in his, he rushed out, causing Stevie to almost run to catch up with him.

"That did not just happen!" Stevie shouted once they were outside. "Oh my God, Lindsey, that is so embarrassing! If only you-" She jabbed a finger in his chest. "could have kept your hands to yourself, that wouldn't have happened!"

"What's the big deal!" Lindsey shrugged, laughing. "It's not like we're ever going to see him again. So what, we got caught making out."

"It's not funny." Stevie shook her head, looking serious.

"Oh come on." Lindsey waved it off before he gripped her sides and pulled her in closer. "That's a first for us, a new experience!"

"Aren't you embarrassed?" Clearly, he wasn't.

"Hell no, why would I be?" Lindsey shrugged, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. "Why would I be embarrassed about making out with my girlfriend?"

Stevie cocked her head to one side, eyebrow raised. "Girlfriend?"

"Well, I mean..." Lindsey trailed off. We're not back together, not yet. "I'm sorry, I got carried away."

"I, uh..." Stevie gave a one shoulder shrug and smiled a little, she lowered her eyes for a second then looked back up. "I like the sound of that."

"Oh?" Lindsey couldn't mask his surprise. He really didn't mean to call her that. "What are we gonna do about it then, huh?"

"I guess, I would be okay with you calling me that more often." Stevie's smile grew. "Maybe all the time."

Grinning like a fool, Lindsey wrapped her in a tight hug, his heart beating out of his chest. "Do you think the guy would let us back in? Just to make out a bit more?"

Laughing, Stevie pulled back and gave him a playful slap on the shoulder. "You owe me a date, you know. This one doesn't count." She said and turned in the direction where he'd parked his car.

Lindsey remained standing in the same spot for a moment. He considered asking a stranger to pinch him because he couldn't believe what had just happened. Stevie was his girlfriend.
