***A/N*** Long time no see! I'm so sorry for the constant and totally random, several month-long disappearances but I promise (For real this time) that those are going to end! I'm officially done with my university degree which means I have a bunch of free time on my hands. And because I prefer to avoid stress in my life, I'll be filling up that free time with continuing this series rather than facing the fact that I'm done with school! lol. With that being said, here's a short, cute little chapter to get the ball rolling again. Let me know if you want to see anything specific in the upcoming chapters. Love you all, and thank you for being so patient!

----------------------------------------------------

Waking up in bed beside my wife is probably my favourite thing.

It's the best way to start the day.

You know what isn't particularly the best way to start the day?

Getting kicked in the jaw.

"Ouch," I groan as I open my eyes. A little Weasley foot pressed against my face.

Violet laughs, "Sorry Georgie," she says, "Little Leah had a nightmare."

"Did not," Ophelia mumbles, "I'm a big girl."

"Big girls can get nightmares too you know," I say to her, "Your Mumma gets them all the time."

Ophelia moves again, thankfully I'm awake enough now to catch her foot before it kicks me again.

I can hear Annie fussing somewhere in the room, followed by Violet's soothing tones. I sit up properly in bed. Cassie is sitting on the edge of the bed watching Violet feed Annie. Ophelia is sprawled between my wife and I. And Freddie comes through the door with little Theo in tow.

"Having a family meeting in here that no one told me about?" I say with a yawn.

"Theo wants pancakes for breakfast," Freddie says. He looks down at his brother, "Don't you?"

Theo blinks up at his brother then looks at me, "Pa'ca's?"

"Do you even know what pancakes are little man?" I ask as he toddles towards me. I scoop him up off the floor and let him cuddle close to my chest, "Or is your big brother Freddie trying to manipulate the situation because he knows pancakes are a lot of work and he doesn't think that I'd make them if he asks so he got a younger, cuter..."

"Hey!" Freddie says.

"Weasley to ask for him?" I say finishing my sentence.

Cassie looks over her shoulder at Freddie, "He want pancakes Daddy," She says with a nod of her head.

"I want pancakes too," Ophelia says, her little voice still muffled by the sheets on my bed.

Violet laughs, "I could go for some pancakes,"

I groan and move Theo off of me, "I guess I'm making pancakes then," I say as I dig through the laundry on the floor to find a sweater that doesn't have baby vomit on it.

"You're the best Dad!" Freddie says before crawling up into my spot on the bed, "I'll wait right here."

Walking into the kitchen I trip on three different toys before cleaning up Freddie's forgotten Lego set on the dining table. Having five kids running around a flat this small can get cramped. Especially when their parents buy them literally anything they touch in every store possible.

Call us bad parents. Tell us we spoil our kids. But Violet and I have agreed to give the kids everything we didn't have growing up.

"Need any help Weasley?" Violet asks as she comes into the kitchen. Little Annie in her arms.
