The Arcandox

Chapter Two

Derrick and The Dark Arcandus Sentinel battled it out in the woods as the dark Arcandus Sentinel tried to kill him at first but Derrick was able to evade his attacks and now they've engaged in a heated battle in the woods

"You'll die today Derrick!"

"How the fuck do you know my name?"

Derrick asked as the dark sentinel didn't answer him but tried to blast him with a red blot of lightning but Derrick was able to deflect it using his enchanted sword

And then they started sword fighting as they were swinging and hitting their swords against each other until the dark sentinel speed blitz Derrick and then cut him with his sword

Derrick became pissed as the dark sentinel cut off a tree using his sword and pushed it towards Derrick and as the tree was heading towards Derrick, he didn't dodge but instead he cut the tree in half using his sword

Only to find the dark sentinel running towards him, Derrick then combined the elements of air and lightning to create a devastating energy blast and blasted the dark sentinel with it

As he flew backwards and hit a tree and before he could recover Derrick was above him ready to strike at any moment

"Am going to ask this once, why'd you wanna kill me?"

"You fucking idiot, you can't do anything to me that'll make me tell you anything"

"We'll see about that".

Dennis and Max just arrived at the sewer where Derrick and the Raticos fought only to find some ash on the floor

Dennis touched some of the ash and looked into it's past but couldn't see it clearly because it was once a living being

"Damn this limitation"

"Lemme try"

Max said as he took some of the ash to view into it's past but still couldn't see it clearly

"Dude the limitation apply to both humans and elves sentinels, if I couldn't see it then you couldn't see it either"

Dennis said and this annoyed Max, Dennis then started touching the wall until she found something as she view into it's past and found out that Derrick fought and defeated a Raticos and then burnt it's body

"Got ya now".

Derrick was walking into town from the woods and as he got to a spot he stopped and looked around him as he sighs and then he started to think about what the dark sentinel told him

It turns out that he was being followed by the dark sentinels as he was after the Arcandox after he killed Pere and some other Sentinels, from what he learned from the dark sentinel, they were after the Arcandox to use it to free Hues

Although he was after The Arcandox for personal reasons but if the dark sentinels gets their hands on it before he did, it's not gonna be good for anyone especially The Arcandus Sentinels

And before he killed the dark sentinel that attacked him, the dark sentinel told him that he only wanted to kill him because he was going to be the deciding factor of what happens in the future and he was supposed to lead them to the Arcandox but the dark sentinel overreacted and went against his orders

If that was supposed to make sense but it made things more mysterious and the suspense of it all was killing him

He decided to go to The Norim which was an ancient magical place that would help him find the Arcandox

Derrick had already healed from the injury and cuts he got from the battles he fought with the Raticos and The Dark Arcandus Sentinels

The Arcandus Sentinels had great super healing abilities and with their agelessness they could live for eternity, surviving battle after battle but they could still be killed but not easily.
