Chapter Sixteen: The Day Of Prom

The day of prom grew and the day came. The day at school was crazy, and the bell for first hour hasn't even rung.

"Come on Elly, you must be excited!" Allison said with excitement pulling in my arm as we walked down the hall.

"And I am I am." I smiled holding onto my bag so it wouldn't fall to the floor. "I got everthing cleared out, but all my S.H.E.I.L.D family are off on missions. And I'm living the life they want. Normal." I say stopping in front of a classroom to see Stiles talking to Issac. Then looking down the hall, I saw Lydia leaning on a locker with Adien leaning over her. Then Ethan walking out of a classroom hand in hand with Danny, smiling and talking. Then turning around I saw Scott walk up and wrapped his arms around Allison. Mabey normal was okay, just for once.

"Werewolfs, Banchees, and Kanimas." Allison said leaning back on Scott. "And the list still grows. Sounds pretty normal to me." She said and I rolled my eyes at her.

"To me that's normal." I said just as Stiles and Issac walked besides beside is, and Stiles came up to me and kissed the top of my head after wrapping his arm around my side. "And I couldn't be happier." I smiled just as the bell for first hour rang. We all went to class starting the count down for prom.

"How are you not excited?" Lydia asked as we walked into the cafeteria.
"I am, and I'm see their Allison got to you or you got to her. It's prom, it's not that special for you till next year." I tell her and she wrapped her arm around my shoulders.

"You'll get it when you're a Junior next year." She told me and I rolled my eyes.

"Don't rub it in." I told her and she gave me a side hug and I smiled.

"I know, I'm sorry. Getting held back isn't very fun." She told me and I wrapped my arm around her shoulder and we walked like that.

"Yeah, and you know why." I told her as we walked to our table.

"So how's your normal life working out?" Issac asked as I sat down, I then kicked him in the leg and he jumped up. "Ow!" He yelled and the whole caffeine went silent and looked at him. It was so hard not to laugh. He then slowly sat down and gave me the death stare as everyone started to talk again.

"Perfect, thanks for asking." I smiled and everyone at the table started laughing.

"Just wait something going to go wrong." He said quitely looking down and everyone stopped laughing and looked at him. "Something always goes wrong." He said looking up making eye contact with me.

"Why are you looking right at me?" I asked ready to kick him agian.

"Because." Was all he said and I didn't even bother, I stood right up grapping my bag and I walked out.

He had to mean something or he wouldn't have said anything. I walked right out the school and to the front of it. I really couldn't go anywhere, so I walked to where the stairs were and sat on them. I sat there for a few minutes before I felt a hand on my shoulder, looking up I saw Stiles so I lights smiled before he sat down next to me.

"Why do I feel like he's not the only one who doesn't want me here?" I asked just as the bell ending lunch rang, I didn't even give him time to reply I just want the day to be over with so I hurried to my next class.

After school we met at normal spo, between the buses. The guys were all going to get ready together and us girls were going to get ready together.
"Okay so we're all going to meet at the McCall house." Lydia said since it lice there and Issac lives there and I'm not really a McCall I am one. It's hard to explain but who cares, you all know what's going on.

"With our parents showing up to take pictures." Stiles said rolling his eyes and I smiled.

"Aww, you'll be fine." Ethan said and I lightly laughed.

"Oh, you and Danny are getting your pictures done to. So don't you getting out of it." I said and he just stood there with his arms crossed over his chest.

"Okay so we all meet up at five and get the pictures done then get to the school before six." Allison said and we all agreed and went our ways. Lyida picked Allison up today so we did have to drop anything off. Our dresses were in the trunk, I gave her mine last night along with my makeup bag.
