It was the next morning and everyone from quadrant had arrived to keep me company for the upcoming weekend. Lando had reassured me that that ria, aarav, steve, max and niran were all lovely people and I would definitely get on well with them, especially ria.
Lando headed out, giving me a massive hug before he left, he'd never hugged me this was so I was kinda confused but I wondered if it was maybe him trying to comfort me with being without him for the first time since all of the things that lusia did. With that, he exited out the front door and said goodbye to all of us one last time, I closed the door and we all headed into the kitchen to make breakfast.
I convinced the guys as it was their first day here that I'd cook for them, I ended up making them waffles with Nutella and lotus spread... ria and niran absolutely devoured them before I could even begin to sit down and eat my own. The rest of the guys tucked into their food and we all began discussing plans for the weekend, what they wanted to do and see as they didn't spend much time in Monaco prior to this. In a way we were all new to the area, they had just visited here a few times for videos and stuff.
We all decided we would head to the shops and get some snacks for the week, they also needed to get some essentials so we all headed to our rooms and began to get ready. Ria would be staying In mine and landos room with me while the boys all shared the spare room, in fairness it had two double beds so they would be completely fine. Me and ria headed to the bathroom to do some natural makeup and straighten our hair, I absolutely loved spending time with her already! She was so funny and had the most addictive laugh I'd ever heard.

We headed to the shops and if I'm completely honest me and ria did most of the shopping, the boys spent half the trip messing around in all the stores we went into, I'm actually surprised they didn't get us all kicked out. Max was the most helpful out of all of the boys though, he actually seemed to care a little bit about shopping.
We headed to a few more stores before stopping off at a mini cafe around the corner from Monaco casino. I ordered a hot chocolate with a bacon sandwich, so did ria and max while the other boys all ordered some egg and chips with gammon. We all devoured our food whilst talking about our lives. "I heard about everything that happened, you didn't deserve any of it babe, I'd beat his ass if he ever hurts you. Lusia is a bitch, none of us ever liked her, I think people caught onto it pretty fast..." ria stated.
"What do you mean they caught on?" I questioned.
"People would always say that we were mean and always looked like we hated her whenever she was near, that we would avoid her ect... this was when the internet didn't know what she was like, we always knew but we did our best to keep it together for lando. But it was pretty obvious we wasn't a fan of her behaviour." Max explained
"What else did she do?" I asked curiously.
"Well she would always control what he did, she'd go crazy whenever he'd literally talk to me or one of his other girl friends. She always assumed me and him had something going on even though she was there every time we hung out and read every single message. He stopped hanging out with most of us because she would stop him. She cheated on him countless times but then got angry if he'd come to any of us for comfort. She just a really awful person and an excuse of a human being" ria said, I could see the anger in her eyes talking about lu.
We all continued to talk about this racing season, how me and lando met, what our plans are for the next year and what interests we had outside formula one. These people were great fun to be around, they were already becoming my favourite people.
We headed back to the apartment and decided to play some video games, we all took turns on among us and of course max was screaming his head off at the game calling them "dumb kids" And repeatedly saying "DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND BASIC SCIENCE?? WHEN YOU STAND ON ONE END THE OTHER GOES UP??" It was so funny watching him get so mad at a video game for kids. Me and ria absolutely smashed all the boys and won every single game we played.
We all decided that we was pretty hungry and we decided to make chicken salad for dinner. honestly chicken salad was my favourite meal ever, if I could eat it every day, I would. I say we all made dinner, me and ria did most of it, the boys just wacked abit of seasoning on...

We all stayed up pretty late just talking, watching movies, listening to music and playing video games. we all shared a few drinks and I decided that I should probably head to sleep soon because I was feeling pretty drunk. I decided to go to mine and rias room and get ready for bed.
Once I was completely ready for bed I gave my phone a quick browse through as I hadn't been on it much tonight. No text from lando to say he was safely landed? His flight would have landed hours ago too. I was confused but thought maybe the team had got him roped into some work. I decided to scroll down more notifications till one stood out to me, from a number I didn't know.
