The next day I woke up feeling completely consumed by my thoughts. Today was the day I'd be meeting my new therapist. I was nervous and I truly didn't want to replay the entire situation again to someone new but I had to in order to get better. Lando has been teaching me alongside trin to be more open about what happened to me as the only way I can be helped is if I talk, it's hard but it's a work in progress.
I rolled over to see the other side of the spare bed empty, but I could smell the delicious breakfast coming from the kitchen. I headed to the bathroom, brushed my teeth and washed my face before skipping excitedly like a child to go and find lando.
"Good morning beautiful." Lando said softly, pulling me into a tight hug. "How did you sleep?" He asked.
"Brilliant with you being there." I said with the biggest grin on my face.
Lando had decided to make us pancakes for breakfast, some with Nutella and some with syrup and sugar, they tasted amazing. We had to leave for my therapists appointment in half an hour and as lando was already dressed he offered to clean up the dishes as per usual while I got ready.
I headed to the bathroom, my body feeling weak but I was determined to not let it get me down. I applied a small amount of makeup to make me look like I'd actually tried today and chucked on a comfy outfit.

"You ready babe?" Lando called from the kitchen. "I'm just coming, hang on" I replied.
I Could feel the nerves building up in my body, I could feel the sheer panic rising, I honestly felt like I was struggling to breathe. My body began to sway and my head was going round in circles. The last thing I can remember is my head hitting the cold bathroom floor.
Landos pov
Nessa was taking what felt like forever, I was beginning to worry about her, she never normally takes this long to get ready, i could sense that something was off the second I heard a massive bang from inside the bathroom. I immediately put down my hot chocolate and ran straight to find her.
What I saw was something I'd regret seeing, her body lying on the cold bathroom floor, motionless. She couldn't wake herself up, I checked to see if she was breathing and thank god she was.
The doctors did warn us that this may happen due to her being malnourished but I was confused as to why it did because she had been eating so well these past few days. Without a second thought I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and began to call 911 to explain the situation to them and get help.
The paramedics told me to sit with her the entire time and to my best to wake her up, she began to stir after hearing me almost practically cry in pain for her to wake up. The lady told me to keep talking to her until the paramedics got here and they would take over.
