Where Is She

Moonhunter POV

They got her. They got my sister. Tears started to drip down my face. It was all rushing back to me. They took her and I couldn't do anything about it. I hated feeling like this. Powerless.

The blue-banded turtle, who introduced himself as 'Leo', patted my back. It was awkward, but sympathetic at the same time. "So your sister's name is Nightstalker?" The purple one, Donnie, asked. "That's kind of a...weird name." "Well your name is weird too," I answered. "Donatello. It doesn't represent your skills at all." "Your name does?" Donnie asked. "Yes," I answered a little haughtily. "My name is Moonhunter." "Seems a bit over-the-top, if you ask me," A third voice said. Another turtle in a red bandana walked in. I rolled my eyes. "It's just what my kind does." I retorted, not being in the mental state to come up with a good comeback.

"Why is your name Moonhunter?" Leo asked. "Because I was the strongest huntress under a clear night sky," I answered. "All night dragonexes are strongest then." "Night dragonexes?" Donnie asked. "My species," I responded. "So your names represent your skills?" Donnie asked. "How do your parents already know your skills when you're born?" "We aren't named when we're born. We're named at 14, when we can show how our skills will benefit the clan. Then we're named for those skills," I answered." Dudes, that totally makes sense!" A fourth voice said, as an orange-clad turtle walked in. "How does that make sense to YOU of all people?" Donnie questioned incredulously.

"Well it let's everyone know what they can do," The orange one replied. "Exactly," I agreed, smiling. The turtle shook my hand. "Hiya dudette! My name's Mikey and the grumpy one's Raph," he said gesturing to the red one. "I'm guessing you don't use the same naming methods that my clan uses." I said. "Apparently not," Donnie replied. Leo turned to me. "I think it's a cool name," He said, nicely. I smiled a little, but remembered my current predicament. "I-I know you've already helped me a lot," I started. "But they have my sister captive. I need help getting her back," I begged. "Please," I added. "We'll do whatever we can to help," Leo said, smiling reassuringly. I smiled gratefully. He was nice, I liked him.

Raph growled slightly and stormed out. "What's up with Mr Sunshine?" I asked, cocking my head slightly. Mikey snickered. "Don't mind him," Leo said. "He doesn't trust you in our lair." "Seriously?" I said. "YOU guys brought ME here. I didn't have a say in anything." "We know," Donnie said. "But Raph can be slow to trust other people."

'Well that makes sense at least,' I thought. Trusting people was how me and Nightstalker lost everything. Where is she?
