Taehyung's POV:

"Taehyung, I need to have a word with you," my brother said calmly, though his expression was anything but calm.

"Are you going to yell at me?"

Of course.

"No, the opposite actually," he replied with a smile that clearly didn't reach his eyes. A pretty Fake smile. I see.

No one can see through Namjoon better than I can and sometimes I find it unsettling how well I know him. If I didn't have this deep understanding of him, I might have shared the same image of him as the rest of the world-the perfect, rich, genius.

Atleast, That way it wouldn't be so hurtful.

I know firsthand that Namjoon is far from flawless. He's mean and controlling, often insisting on things being done his way. As his younger brother, I've experienced this firsthand: "Taehyung, do this, do that-stop messing up."

But I learned to live with it and defy him.

I smirked, knowing what I was about to say would be his tipping point.

"So, I get to yell at you?" I raised an eyebrow, triggering his eruption into a tirade.

"You are the most irresponsible and immature person I've ever known, Taehyung. You need to learn manners and behave properly. Here, I am trying to talk to you with patience and you. How can we even be brothers?" His last statement almost made me scoff.

Brothers? I doubted if he remembered he had a brother; all he saw me was a responsibility burdening his life.

"Done." I declared, shoving my hands into my pockets, thoroughly bored with this daily drama.

Couldn't he leave me alone? I was tired of his constant 'You are my responsibility' mantra. I was done with him.

"You-" Namjoon was about to continue his rebuke when Sakura intervened, holding onto his coat to stop him from advancing further towards me. His shoulders relaxed as Sakura positioned herself in front of me.

I knew my elder brother harbored affection for my sweet, nice, lovely caretaker, Sakura.

I'm 24 years old but my brother still assigned a caretaker for me as if I were a child. However, I have no complaints, Sakura feels like a sister to me now. She always cares for me unlike my own brother. She even steps forward to protect me from him.

"Sir, please. I believe this wasn't Young Master's fault. Look how much he is injured. Those men must be robbers or thugs." Sakura defended me and her words warmed my cold surroundings.

In this cold house, Sakura was the warmth and everyone could feel it. She was a kind and selfless woman, liked by everyone in the house- Maids, workers, me and surprisingly Namjoon. Damn, he's really infatuated with her. I can fucking see it.
