After the kisses we fell asleep.

I woke up groggy and hung over.

Darry was on the recliner and soda was asleep on the other one.

"Morning Steve" darry said with a weird look

"Ah shit what time is it"

"Not to late it's only 12"

"I'm real sorry about this I'll be out in a bit"

"Your fine you and soda didt get in to much trouble did you?"

My heart sank and I just said "nah just drunk and watched a movie" and made out.

I realized what we did and I knew I had to leave before soda woke up. I jumped up and I felt my heart beating out of my chest. I put on his jacket and left I drove back to my house and all I could do was thinking about that night. I couldn't think straight. it's a Sunday so we don't have work. I chug a thing of water and remember soda chugging the beer and I choke.

My breathing is crazy I'm freaked out thinking about what we did. What if he's mad? I mean I'm sure not it was the best night of my life.

I just can't believe we did that.

I got to thinking and a million things raced through my mind. About how he was probably just drunk and it didn't mean anything.

I wake up and it's 2pm

Darry's on the recliner and pony on the couch and Steve's gone my heart sinks and I hop up and my head spins and I fall back in the chair.

"Where's Steve?" I say a bit panicked
"He left a while ago"
"I have to go" I say as I stand up

I run to my room and put on new clothes and absolutely sprint to Steve's house.

I think about that night and I realized I love him. I want that night to be every night.

I knock on the door and my hands are on my knees and Steve's answered and he's shocked.

"What happened? Are you ok? Did someone hurt you?"

"No Steve I'm ok I just really wanted to see you" I say and look up he raised an eyebrow

I stand up all the way and he lets me we are standing in the house the door still opened.

"Last night-" he cuts me off while I'm saying it and
"Yeah I'm sorry man I was drunk we shouldn't have done that. I get it if u don't wanna see me again..." his voice low and he's blushing

I grab his collar and pull him in and kiss him. My heart skips a beat and he kissed back and shuts the door he pulls away

I look at this boy, my best friend and I can't believe this.

"We can't be doing this I'm sorry soda... this isn't ok"

"Who gives a shit?" He responded with a grin

"I not sure soda"

"Well what's the worse that can happen?"

"Darry."

"He won't care."

He pulls me in for another kiss but I push him away

"We are going to fast... don't you think?"

"We have been friends for 11 years. I think we are going to slow"

I grin and I pull him in and we kiss. This time he's taking the rails he's in charge he takes me to Darry's back seat of his car and lays me down on the seats he holds me down like I did him and we make out for a while. The roles are switched his tongue is wrapped around mine and his hand is up my shirt.

His hand is warm and feeling it rub ageist my chest is hot.

The windows start to fog and it's snowing.
