Steve had a part time job before he graduated- now he's working full time at the DX with soda.

I worked over time at the Dx the past couple of weeks..
it's for a good reason but im so worn out.

Im planning something kinda big.
I need to talk to Darrel first. And I'm terrified

I gotta talk to pony too.

After work I drove to sodas house.
I was hoping Darry would be there.

I walked in and soda hugged and kissed me
"Hey steve!"
"Hey sodie"

Dallas was talking to Darry so I needed to wait. Bought me some time.

A few minutes passed and they stopped talking so I took the shot
"Darry can I talk to you? Like outside or something?"
"Sure"
We went outside
I was nervous

"What do you wanna talk about"
He lit a cigarette and leaned on the side of the house

I stayed quiet
"Well spit it out"

I told him

He choked on his smoke
"What?"
"Yeah-"
"Sorry caught me off guard."
"I could tell"
"Anyways.. sure"
"Really?"
"Yeah, he seems pretty happy with you. I suppose"
"Thank you."

He headed back inside after putting out his cigarette

I went in shortly after

"What did you guys talk about?" Soda asked
"I just needed help with something" I panicked
"Oh ok"

He continued watching the tv

I went to find pony who was with Johnny.

"Pony come here would ya?"
"Alr. One second Johnny-"
He got up and came to me

"I got a mission for you."
"Yeah what is it?"
"I need you to find sodas ring size."
"Why?"
"Don't worry about it"
"Oh my god.."
"Shut up!"
"Your-"

I covered his mouth

"Yes yes yes! I am. don't tell a soul."
"Can I tell Johnny?"
"Ugh I guess.. make sure he won't tell anyone.."
"Alr alr I won't tell."

He walked off.
