ISLA ANGLER WAS THE VICTOR OF THE 70TH HUNGER GAMES.She won her games when she was sixteen years old by hiding out until there were only five other tributes left. She then took the rest out one-by-one. The first three were easy because they were other hiders like she was. The final two were careers, so she set a trap that caught one and distracted the other for long enough for her to sneak up and slit both of their throats.
She then returned back home to District 4 to live in Victor Village alongside her sister and her mentor, Finnick Odair. She thought that she was done with the Capitol and the Games until she got a request from Snow. He wanted her to meet with some people of the Capitol for some money. She refused, knowing what that meant.
