Clover laid in the hospital bed, extremely bored out of her mind
She decided that maybe she should try and sleep, after all she's been up since 5 that morning and it was now 11 p.m
She closed her eyes, enjoying the dark quiet room
James walks into the room hours later, looking over to her and smiling softly but not for long
She suddenly jerked up and opened her eyes
"Woah baby! Everything okay?" He asked concerned
Clover whimpered slightly "daddy.. why?"
James hugged her tightly "why what sweet pea?"
She hid her face in his shirt "why did the bus do it daddy.." she asked beginning to sob
He rubbed her back "well baby, the bus driver crashed us hunny.." he tried to explain as best as he could her
"He crashed us..? That's not very nice daddy" she said wiping the tears off her face
"You're right baby.. it's not very nice of him huh.." he agreed smiling softly
She nodded "but we okay right daddy?"
He kissed her forehead "yeah baby.. we're alright"
Kirk busted into the room all happy "CLOVER!" He yelled with his big goofy smile
The little girl smiled as well "UNCLE KIRKY!" She exclaimed
The fluffy haired man ran up to her bed and hugged her tightly
Mayli walked in not long after "really Kirk? The minute we pulled up you ran out of the car and up to the room.." she says crossing her arms sarcastically
Kirk rubs his neck nervously "sorry baby.."
Mayli smiled and rolled her eyes "I forgive you cause it was for this little cutie!" she says giving Clover a hug as well
"Hi Auntie MayMay" the little girl greeted with a soft smile
The woman gasped softly "did you call me MayMay?"
Clover looked around "um.. yes.. I sorry.." she mumbled putting her head down nervously
"No! No you're fine sweetie! I'm just so excited i get a nickname" Mayli expressed happily
Clover picked her head back up and smiled, only looking back at the door when the doctor walked it
He pulled James out of the room for a few minutes
"So are you ready to go home?" Kirk asked her
"Very! I Miss Cliffy.." she said pouting at the end, thinking about the tiny golden retriever they all got her
"You'll be able to see him very soon hunny, if they don't let you.. Uncle Kirky will make 'em!" Kirk expressed
James walked back into the room smiling "guess who gets to go home on Christmas?"
Clover gasped "I GO HOME!" She yelled excitedly
James chuckled and nodded "yeah baby, you do!"
Kirk cheered happily "I knew it! I'm so excited!"
Mayli laughed "we can't wait for you to see our house! We have a huge backyard just for you sweetie"
Clover smiled "Daddy can I spend the night at Uncle Kirky and Auntie MayMay's house?"
"Maybe soon.. for now baby your come coming home" James smiled
