James decorated the house in Clover's favorite things
so basically the house was decorated head to toe in Metallica gear
Cliff walked in carrying the little girl with a huge smile on his face
"we're homeeeee!" he called out exaggerating
James ran up to them, kissing the little girl on her forehead as he smiled
"welcome home baby! look at the decoration!" he exclaimed happily
Clover looked around and gasped "daddy! Why is the living room covered like this?!" She asked confused
"Cause you're home! It's a reason to celebrate" James told her, taking her from Cliff and sitting her on the couch
Clover let all the boys celebrate her coming home, she didn't have the heart to tell them she didn't want this.. she didn't deserve to be home
Hours had went by, she had finally gotten to her room.. allowing her the time to do what she wanted to do ever since coming home
She cried... everything her mom had told her was right, she didn't deserve her father.. he deserved a better child
She got up and went into the bathroom, closing the door and opening her father's razor kit sitting on the counter
She pulled out a straight razor and held it up to her wrist, cutting away at her flesh letting out choked sobs as she felt the pain
Blood rushed out from her wrist, but she deserved it.. is she wasn't alive her father would be more happier, like her mom said "its all my fault.." Clover mumbled out as she wiped her tears away.
She washed the razor off and put it back, opening the door and walking back to her room
She went into her closet, grabbing a sweater and pulling it on. Making sure the sleeves cover her arms so her father or anyone else wouldn't notice what she had done
She walked back out, going downstairs and grabbing a water from the fridge
"Baby?" James asked, turning his head towards the kitchen from the living room couch
Clover walked over to him "yes daddy?" She asked sort of confused
He quietly called her over with his hand, once she was close to him he hugged her
"I'm glad you're home baby.. I don't know what I would do without my little girl.." he mumbled, slowly rubbing her back
She choked back some sobs, these were the words she needed to wear.. but she didn't believe them.. it wasn't because of him.. it was her
