Song: You Belong With Me
By: Taylor Swift
Aylee and I haven't spoken about the kiss.
We either mutually decided to never speak on it or she was too drunk to remember.
I hope it was the mutual decision because I'd feel like more of an asshole for kissing her while she was drunk off her ass.
Niko texted me that night saying he was at the girl's house. He didn't see me before he left, that's why he didn't say goodbye before going.
You can imagine my relief.
None of the guys have said anything either and Mencia doesn't act weird around me, so I'm pretty sure no one knows what happened.
"You have hockey practice today?" I asked Colten as he came home from school.
He nodded his head and flopped himself onto the couch, "Yeah, we're getting ready for our next game in a couple of days. How about you?"
"We don't have a game until Thanksgiving break. Coach isn't letting us slack off but he gave us today off since his daughter wanted to go see a movie after."
Colten presses his lips together before saying, "You going to see Aylee today?"
Okay, fine, I told Colten what happened. He's my little brother and I needed his opinion on what the fuck to do.
He said he's never even had a girlfriend so he wasn't much help. But he did tell me that I need to tell Niko.
I know he's right, but I can't.
Niko made it very clear he'd drop me as a friend if I ever got with Aylee. It's been a forbidden rule since we were kids.
"Yeah. We're going out of town for a bit to follow up on our prank." I shrugged and he nodded his head, "Cool. Text me if anything and mom still isn't home?"
