This version of Norman went through with destroying the demon village, when Emma and Ray try to stop him he took them prisoner claiming it was for their own good.
He now leads a war against the demons which he one easily thanks to the drug, but Emma still refused to join him. Commander Anne showed up in his dimension, he offered him a "new Emma", one that would approve everything he did, in exchange for Norman working for Anne. Norman accepted but not for the "new Emma", but because he knew Commander Anne was planning something, and he wanted to know what.
