The Bad Ending takes place during Season 3 of Stranger Things. Mike Wheeler was considered a great friend, he would and has jumped off a cliff to save his friends. But as he got older he starts having trouble balancing his life, when he was with his girlfriend Eleven he was spending too much time with her, and now after a misunderstanding they broke up and it all seems to be Mikes fault. After all he's the party leader, he's the one who needs to change for the better, he was the jerk.
Instead of possessing Billy Hargrove, the Mind Flayer possessed Mike Wheeler the night after his nasty breakup, and now the two become one as they bring their forces to earth and destroy the human race.
