Today, Christmas was now approaching quickly. Uncle Howard already sent me a letter in advance that he will not come home soon because of his job as he travels around the country, which I don't even know what kind job he has.

I always forgot to asked him anyway.

To be honest, it will be so lucky to me that I'm going to explore this mystery Hogwarts castles (without teachers knowing of course).

As in fact, sometimes I literally wanted to go in chamber of secrets since there's a living basilisk in there wanted to take a fang, so I can easily destroy the Ravenclaw's diadem.

Also, last time. Eugene says that his parents will going to visit on grandparents in Ireland today. As for Emma, they will stay at home, just having a nice bonding with her parents.

What a nice family they have. (Anyway I can't see Edward, so he might appear later at the great hall.)

As for my two roommates? Well... They give me a quick kiss on my cheeks as for goodbye before they head out going by train.

It was the first time received from physical affection of kissing on the cheeks. (Include Emma as well.)

'Well... Lucky you are.' I heard morgen teasing tone as I just mentally roll my eyes at them.

'Shut up, there were my friends, it's only platonic. Don't give a meaning behind those so-called kisses on the cheeks.' I replied back while I continue to walk by myself.

'Yeah yeah, fine. By the way, you should witnessed that weasley twins were punished for bewitching several snowballs since they followed quirrell around, bouncing off the back of his head.' Orpheus added.

I was bit surprise. Well... This is the best Christmas I've hearing it.

'Thanks, Orpheus. That's the best news I ever heard off.'

I continued walking in the hallway before I saw Hermione who also walking but with her trunk she's pulling in. She saw me as she waved towards me. I waved back as I started jogging towards her as we came in at the great hall.

I analyzed around inside the great hall, everywhere I turned, it's really Christmas vibes, it has many nice decorations with some glitter as professor flitwick using charms on the evergreen tree, putting something as it has ornaments, candles as some hang from the beaches by fancy ribbons, color balls and paper chains.

I can see and hear some muttered some of the students who also stay in here, Hogwarts. As now, Hermione and I go towards at Ron and harry who's playing wizards chess against each other.

"Knight to E5." Harry instructs and the knight moves to the destination.

"Queen to E5." Ron smugly says, and we all watch Ron's queen head over to Harry's knight smashing to pieces. Hermione filled with shock as I stared in amused because of her reaction.

"That's totally barbaric!"

"That's wizard's chess. I see you've packed."

"It's quite obvious she's packed, Ron. You have two eyes, don't you?" I casually remark, trying not to sound a sassy one, making Hermione look at me with a small smile, as harry looking amused as he raised his eyebrow.

"See you haven't."

Ron was bit embarrassed but he immediately shrugs off.

"Change of plans, my parents decided to go to Romania to visit my brother charlie. He's studying dragon there."
