Unknown P.O.V

It was 9:00 pm and I heard scratching on my door. I peered out the window and gasped at an amazing sight. I opened the door, "Jake! Cloe!" I called. I bent down and hugged by beloved dogs. I heard the sound of paw steps nearby and a puppy tumbled into my view. "Your adorable!" I whispered. Two more puppies tumble into view. I heard a small bark than a Golden retriever appeared and stood the puppies up. I could immediately tell that this dog was the puppies' mother. A Chocolate Labrador stepped into view too. "Are you the father?" I asked. Just then a German Shepherd came into view. "How many of you are there?" I asked, though I didn't think I would get an answer. "You must be the father." I said to the German Shepherd. "These puppies look part German Shepherd and part Golden Retriever." I took a step back as a Doberman and Great Dane appeared too. I wasn't afraid of big dogs or dogs that were feared by many people for sometimes being bread to killed.

"Are you guys Jake and Cloe's friends?" I said gently. "Are you nice dogs?" The puppies ran up to me and started playing with my slippers. "Silly puppies." I giggled. "Come inside, all of you." I laughed. I opened the door all the way and walked inside. "Come on, inside." I called. Jake jumped up into my arms and I started giggling. Cloe ran inside and started barking frantically. "Hi Cloe." I laughed. The three puppies came bounding inside and the mother dog ran after them. The Labrador walked in a moment after. The German Shepherd cautiously followed and ran over to the Golden Retriever. The Great Dane hesitated, then walked in with his head low in submission. The Doberman walked up to the door and only put his head in the house. He glanced around for a moment before looking at me and carefully walking over to the other dogs. "Thats all of you." I said to them then quietly shut the door. "You all look so skinny. I'll go get some food and water." I said to them.

I put Jake down then patted Cloe. I walked into the kitchen a poured some dog food and water into many different bowls. I walked back into the living room, all the dogs were sitting together, looking at me with questioning eyes. Cloe and Jake had there tongues sticking out and where looking at me joyfully. "I'm so glad your home." I told them.
