It had been three months since I first saw him under the town square clock.
Three months filled with dates, dinners, walks and movies. Three months as the fuzzy warm feeling in my gut solidified into something more.
I liked the way he held my waist when we were amongst friends, or the way he whispered words of endearments when no one watched.
I liked the feeling of just being someone's, the sense of belonging.
Today Ana had come to the cafe when Kevin was getting his usual for the day, with a beautiful blonde trailing her.
"Hi I'm Marisol." She had introduced herself as a new worker in Ana's office.
The town was getting bigger day by day.
