In the realm where goodness fades, the young depart,
Yet, in death's embrace, I linger in your heart.
Unwanted, this fate, you know my plea,
A yearning for life, not eternity.

"Mother, are you proud?" echoes in the air,
Your little boy fights, freedom to declare.
"Father, are you proud?" rings through the night,
Your little girl, a warrior in the fight.

"Sister, are you proud?" the question resounds,
Your brother's sacrifice, love abounds.
"Brother, are you proud?" whispers in the breeze,
Your sister guides to safety with such ease.

"Don't cry," they say, these warriors true,
Fighting for what's right, steadfast and through.
"Grandma, are you proud?" a plea to the sky,
Your little grandson fights, he won't say goodbye.

"Grandpa, are you proud?" in the celestial light,
Your little granddaughter's sacrifice ignites.
Warriors, they stand, in honor and grace,
For love, for freedom, in the eternal space.

In their valiant battle, love rings true,
A chorus of pride, whispers, "I love you."
