everyone knows maddie and mackenzie ziegler. abby lee's favorite dancers. but let's throw one more into the mix, malia ziegler. the oldest half sister of maddie and mackenzie.

"mom can't i just skip tap today? i have a lot of homework to catch up on." malia begged as she sat at the kitchen table with her sisters as melissa cooked lunch.
"no lia. you never miss a class." melissa said firmly before asking, "why do you wanna skip so bad?"
"because she doesn't like payton." maddie said completely oblivious to the stare from her big sister.
"mads!" malia exclaimed making the younger girl jump.
"you don't like payton?" melissa asked as she placed a sandwich in front of kenzie.
"it's not that i don't— ok i really don't like payton. she's mean to me, chloe and paige. literally all the time. she's said i shouldn't be in teen tap and that she should be on the competition team." malia ranted. she really didn't like the girl or her mother leslie. oh she hated leslie. "and her mom too. always talking about me and maddie."
"hey, you don't worry about the mother drama please. be a kid. and ignore payton she's just jealous or your guys talent. don't let her push you out of somewhere you belong." melissa said as she faced her daughter, handing her a plate of mac n cheese.
"fine. i'm just glad i have amber and kamri if i didn't, mom i would've faked an ankle injury." malia said and while her sisters laughed, she was dead serious
"you're funny. get in the car." melissa told the girl who sighed but stood up to grab her things.

just like malia predicted tap was a drag having to be in a class with peyton but it's was finally over and time for pyramid.
"congratulations on another victorious weekend." abby applauded as the girls got in line. "you won, however, I see things that I need to fix. paige, you were ok in the group, but you know that you messed up that whole leap downstage. kendall, on the grand jete, you did it crossing to the right. so we couldn't see if the hips were in line or not. nia, you did a great job in the group dance. you did not pull my eyes negatively, but I want you to start pulling my eyes positively."
malia was surprised she didn't just save all those critiques for the pyramid but oh well.
"this week we are attending hollywood vibe. those judges, and the directors, and everybody that runs hollywood vibe, they are from la, or they are from new york city." oh new york, malia has always wanted to travel there and live the new york life when she was older. for a 11 year old she had her life pretty planned out. "they are looking for the next big thing, the next star, the next little kid to be in their video or their commercial, so you need to bring the A games."
then finally she moved on the pyramid. "i'm not even going to discuss this." she stated, pointing to the first headshot on the bottom row and malia had to guess it was brooke. "i'm moving onto paige. you're going to have to work back up that ladder. next i have nia. you've been working very hard, but you still have to fix those technical issues. kendall. kendall you are still on probation. mom it's a long process."
