I Will Survive

10 - Now

The river consumed the truck as it dragged it away down, through the current. The rainbow remained on the waterfall but no one was there to see it. Kayleigh, Dylan and Gabe were nowhere to be seen and George, Debra and Wayne were dead. Their bodies laid in the front seat of the truck all motionless. Wayne's body then twitched as it started to reanimate under the water. It then washed up to the shore and stood up.

Wayne tripped around the place before falling back into the water. He spat out a few of his teeth as he shook his head. Blood spluttered everywhere and some of his skin flew off. His skin teared easily and he was weaker. He was clumsy and he wasn't cute anymore as his eyes were white.

A bird then flew out of a nearby tree and pecked one of Wayne's eyes. Wayne aimlessly waved his arms around the place to get the bird off. The bird then completely mushed up the eyes before going again. The puss from the eye dripped down Wayne's face and went into his mouth. Skin around that area was all mauled and his bottom jaw had dislodged out of place. He then stumbled back into the water face first.

Wayne groaned as he stumbled across the ground to get out of the water. There was slight gust of wind which made him stumble back. He kept walking around the trees, hoping to find some food. He then heard a lot of coughing coming from behind him, he turned to see Kayleigh coughing up water next to the river. Wayne walked towards her silently he then groaned once more before leaping onto her body and biting into her neck.

Kayleigh screamed as she struggled to get Wayne off her, she then passed out as he fed on her. He teared her hair out and bit into her skull, he sunk his teeth into her eyes and ripped them out. Another walker them came out of the water, it was George. George also groaned before going towards Kayleigh's dead body. George delved deep into Kayleigh's stomach and whilst ripping out her intestines kept looking at Wayne scrap with her face.

After George and Wayne had finished with Kayleigh's corpse they walker together through the trees. They tripped over multiple logs before reaching a small town. Nobody was there to feed on so they wandered around the empty streets. There were a few other walkers that didn't take note of their presence and just carried on with what they were doing. A girl then sat on top of one of the houses, she had a green bow in brown curly hair. She wore a spotty skirt and a black cardigan on top of a white top. She watched George and Wayne walk around, she seemed to recognise George but she didn't know where from.

"George?" She whispered to herself as she watched him move. She then saw a tattoo through his ripped top on his back. "IT IS GEORGE!" She accidentally shouted whilst crying. "It's me Mia..." She said to herself as she lost sight of him. She then went back inside of her bordered up house and got ready to leave for supplies.

About an hour later she walked outside of the building and went into the woods. She didn't notice that Wayne was lying on the floor as she stepped through a bush. Wayne grabbed her leg and bit straight though her soft silky skin.

"SHIT!" She shouted as George then walked towards her and pushed her to the ground and tearing apart her arms. Her final scream called and she died. George and Wayne again didn't care about killing another person, all they cared about was more food. They crave the taste of fresh warm blood and smooth skin.

George and Wayne then wandered back into the town and as they did there was a loud bang! As a bullet flew through both of their heads.

Again sorry for a shorter chapter but this is the last part of this mini section. So next chapter I promise an extra long chapter!
