The lights of the cinema darken, the sorrow music rings in your ears as you watch the character of the movie die in its lovers arms, the lover screaming out their name before they give up, hugging the dead body.
You feel tears sting your eyes, holding up your sleeve to hide it from the public, a sniffle leaving your nose. But it doesnt go unnoticed by your attentive boyfriend, junghoon, his soft hand coming to turn your head, wiping your tears with his thumb.
When you finally make eye contact you break down, your body shaking from your sobbing and the coolness of the cinema, your head laying on his chest for comfort. Hes quick to engulf you, shushing you in the darkness, assuring you that everything was going to be okay. That it was just a movie.
