3rd pov
Blake went downstairs and found the other boys in the living room. He leaned into the door. ''so, who's winning?''. ''jeez Blake. You scared me'', Steven turned around acknowledging the boy.
Jeremiah on the other hand went over to his brother and threw his hand over his shoulder. ''dude, you finished that other song you were writing?''. The boy shook his head. ''um, no. I don't know if the lyrics is right or like in order. I'll see if I can figure it later... wait how do you know about that song?''.
Jeremiah grinned. ''well, I may or may not have snooped in your room before we left from Boston. I kinda may have read some of the lyrics and noticed an unfinished song''. Blake scoffed irritated. ''why Jeremiah? It's personal stuff in there, plus this is another song I'm working on. The other on I was trying in Boston didn't work, so I left it. Not that I should excplain myself to you''.
Conrad paused the game and looked towards his brother's, most towards Blake. ''dude'', Steven grunted at his friend for pausing.
''you know what little B? You should like live sing in front of people. I'm not saying one of your songs, but just like a cover even. You are great at that and I think people deserve to hear it, Think about it. Blake Fisher the singer''.
Jeremiah chuckled. ''uh, yeah I can totally see that. I mean come on Conrad. It's Blake we're talking about. He won't do it and we all know it''.
''I'm with Conrad with this one. I think you should. I mean girls just love a boy with a guitar and a voice. You have both, so I would take that as a win'', Steven agreed.
Blake tilted his head to the side, before answering. ''yeah sure. Would totally do that. I mean it's not like it's so hard'', he retorted sarcastic.
Conrad shrugs. ''just a thought. I know about one girl that would be happy about it'', he smirked. Blake groaned at his brother and gave him a pointed look. ''shut up Con''. He held his hand up in surrender. ''just saying. I mean she would tho''.
Blake took Jeremiah hands off his shoulder and hooped in the couch. Taking the controller from Conrad. ''come on Stevo. Loser have to buy the winner a sandwich''. Steven grinned. ''oh, you're on Fisher''.
Blake and Steven played while the two other Fisher brother's watched. Betting on who'd loose and who'd win. Jeremiah bet on Steven and Conrad bet on Blake.
''come on Steven you almost have him'', Jeremiah hyped the Conklin boy up. Blake rolls his eyes at his younger brother. ''relax Jery. I'll take it easy on him''. Steven let out a snort. ''yeah sure. I'm doing better than you Blake''.
''actually, Steven I think you may want to check your eyes. I mean just look'', Corad referred to the tv. ''Blake is totally crushing you'', he continued. ''shut up Conrad''. Conrad and Blake laughed at the other boy's playing.
A few minutes have gone by. The two boys were still playing. Well, that was until Jeremiah suddenly whispered which took Blake's interest off from the game.
''damn''.
Blake looked to see Belly standing in front on Jeremiah, looking beautiful as always. Conrad noticed and he nudged his brother. ''you got a little drool, right there'', he pointed at the boy's jaw.
He ignored Conrad and went back to the game.
''what? Don't I look good?''. Jeremiah instantly shook his head. ''no, no. You look hot. Doesn't she guys?'', he asked as he twirled her around.
''she does'', Conrad answered. Blake didn't answer and had his focused on the game or at least tried. Belly waited for his response but as she looked at him, she saw he was looking right at the screen. The sight made the girl sad.
''Jeremiah stop flirting with my sister'', Steven spoke up. ''shut up Steven'', Belly spoke up. ''no, you shut up''. Steven looked at his sister than back at his game. ''but Jere is right. You do look good''.
She even got a compliment from her brother, but it wasn't his response she wanted nor Jeremiah or Conrad. It was Blake, but he still didn't bother to look at her. He was to focused on the video game that was going on, but little did he know that he wasn't actually.
Jeremiah laughs at the Conklin siblings.
''so, you driving with or meeting us there?'', he asked Belly. ''I'm not going to the book party. I'm actually going to the drive in with someone'', she confessed.
Blake heard every word and it made him lose the focus he got back in the game.
Jeremiah's eyes got intrigued. ''with whom if I may ask?''. Belly's phone chimes. ''uh, I have to go. Bye guys''.
Jeremiah pursued his lips and went back to his seat.
Blake turned around and was now focused on Belly. ''Blake, dude. Focus'', Steven told him. He didn't bother to response. He looked at the Conklin girl and watched as she was about to go, but before she did. She looked herself into the mirror and fixed her hair which Blake took a notice to.
She smiled at herself and walked out of the door.
''Blake come on dude''.
Blake looked back and at that time, Steven won. ''woho. I won. Should have been more focused Blake. Can't wait for that sandwich'', he exclaimed.
Blake rolled his eyes. ''whatever. I'm going to get ready for the book party''.
He walked away from them and up to his room.
''what's up with him?'', Steven questioned the other two Fisher's brother. Jeremiah shruggs his shoulders. ''beats me. I mean it's Blake. He isn't the one to talk what's on his mind''.
Those two boys were clueless, but Conrad wasn't. He knew it was because of Belly's date.
He sighed. ''maybe he's just tired, I mean don't think he got much of sleep today. After what happened you know. He just needs a moment for himself. So, let's just wait for him then drive to the book party''.
Jeremiah and Steven let it go and nods to the older Fisher boy.
To be continued
