[CC. Nando here. Katie is in hospital. I dunno why I even tell you this. I guess maybe you should know]

CC ran out leaving the school's building and saw her mother "mum!" She yelled.

"Hey sweetie~ it's been a long time i get to see you this excited picking you up. Remember with those pigtails i did for you when you're in your elementary years?" Jess said as she giggled remembering the old times.

"'Mum focus! We need to go to California now. Please!" She said as she gets in the car.

"What?? Why?? Is there something wrong?" The mother asked as she gets in the driver's seat.

Suddenly the woman's phone rang and she picked it up "hello? Oh hey."

CC rolled her eyes as she slumped her back against the seat. The call longed for about 30 minutes.

"Okay...i understand. Anything you just let me know..yeah take care" Jess put the phone away and turned to look at her daughter at the back.

"Now I know what happened. Uncle Carlos told me that she's stable now." She said.

"But mum-!"

At the same time Wyatt gets into the car "sorry I'm late. Got to finish extra work in the class.." he then sensed tense atmosphere "uh..did I make you guy wait that long?" He asked.

Jess then turned back to the front and adjust the back mirror as she started to drive "Katie got admitted. But she's stable" Jess said.

"Woah what happened?" Wyatt said as he look at his sister which the girl shook her head slowly.

Jess sighed as she makes a turn "Uncle Carlos said she probably got bullied because when Nando found her, the hair got chopped , the face are all bruised, busted her lips and her clothes are moist like someone threw a bucket of water on her." The woman explained.

Hearing that makes CC gritted her teeth as she plots 100 ways to torture the bully that bullied her Katie "if i know that bastard, i will do worst than they did to her" she said angrily.

Allison came running to the ward as she just finished her new job interview "I promise I come here as fast as i could. How's my baby?" She asked as she hugged her husband.

"It's okay. Our baby girl is fine but..." He stopped as she pushes her away and started to cry "how could they do this to her?" He said as he choked on the tears.

Nando came out from the room and look down "she doesn't want to tell me who hurt her...she just kept quite..." he said as he leans against the wall.

Ellie hugged her brother and then her father "daddy don't cry okay? Katie will be fine" she ensured.

Allison just watched her daughter from the window. The girl facing the other side and all the woman seen was her back. Slowly she came closer to the door and knock it "Katie? This is me, mom." She said as she gets in.

No response given by the girl.

"I know you're still in shock...and I promise I'll get you justice for what they did to you." The mother said.

Slowly the girl turned and look at her mother "mom..." she called.

"Oh baby" Allison ran towards the girl and hugged tightly "it's okay. Mom's here now. Your father , Nando even Ellie. We all here for you" the woman said as she began to cry.

Ellie sleeps on her brother's lap as Nando sat down on the bench as he look at his phone. His mother still in Katie's room resting herself on the side of the bed.

Carlos went home to get few extra clothes for his oldest one. That night was exhausting for the Torres family. They never faced any bullying issues before.

"Ms...you can't come right now. Visiting hours already ended an hour ago. Please come tomorrow" the nurse said.

Nando then take a look and saw someone familiar "Layla??" He said.

Layla saw him and smiles widely "hey Nando! Could you please tell this nurse to get herself off from me?I just wanna visit my bestie that's all" She said.

Gently he lifted Ellie's head up from his laps and uses his jacket as pillow for her. He walked towards them and smiled at the nurse "she's an old friend of my sister." He said.

"Only family members are allowed to be around patients." The nurse said sternly.

"I know I'm sorry. I promised she'll be quick" Nando vouched for the girl as the nurse shook her head and walked away.

"How'd you know she's admitted?" He asked.

Layla stunned for a second "um..your father told me. And I brought this get well soon flower for her" she said with a smile.

Nando nodded as he believed that "well she's asleep right now...but you can just put that on the table there" he said as he opened the door for her.

The girl entered the room and look at the girl on the bed and at the same time Katie senses another presence in the room.

Slowly she opened her eyes widen in terror "what is she doing here? Get her out!" She screamed.

That awaken the mother from her own nap "Katie what's wrong?" She asked as she trying to calm the daughter down.

"Get her out!!!" She yelled.

For a second Layla smirked and then faked her tears "Katie I'm sorry for what happened at Fleek Fest! When I got call from your father that you got admitted, I quickly came here!" She cries.

Katie threw all the stuffs that she could grab towards the girl "please!! Get her out!!" She yelled.

Nando pulled Layla out and closed the door "I'm sorry..but it is better for you to go home..I'll call you when she's stable" he said.

Layla hugged him and walked away. At the same time Carlos arrived and took a few glances at the girl who walked past him "isn't that Layla??" He asked.

Nando is puzzled "didn't you told her about Katie's being admitted?" He asked back.

"No. I didn't. Did you?" The father asked back.
