26. Plane

All 10 of us are just waiting at the airport to get on our flight. The girls are still so happy since I've hugged them. If I knew they be this happy I probably would have done it a while ago. Since then Lotte told me how proud she was of me for opening up and I'm honestly proud of me too. I've really changed since signing with arsenal and I couldn't be happier.

"Im bored." Me and Kyra say at the same time and the girls laugh at us.

"God you two are like sisters." Leah says and the rest of the lot laughs.

"Come on Kyra let's go get something to eat or something." I say. Kyra and I go to the little convenience store and grab some snack for on the plane for ourselves and the other girls I also grab Alessia some of her favorite snack and a drink. We get to the cash register and set all of our things down. Kyra and I head back to the girls after paying for our snacks.

"Race you back!" I say.

"You're on!" We both ran back at full speed, laughing uncontrollably the entire time. Neither of us paying much attention to who's around and just saying sorry if we bump into someone we were just having too much fun to care. Kyra bumps into me trying to slow me down but I'm a fucking brick wall she just falls over and yells "you fucking brick wall!" we continue running and as soon as the girls are in sight we sprint and slide into the the girls.

"Yesss I beat you!" I tease Kyra.

"Only because you knocked me over." Kyra whines.

"No you just couldn't get me to fall." I say stick my tongue out. I get a small kick and start to say "Oi-" I look up and see Alessia.

"Oh hi babe." I say innocently. Kyra and I look at the girls who are just laughing and shaking the heads.

"What am I gonna do with you?" Alessia says laughing.

"Uh give me a kiss." I say laughing.

"Come on you two up you get." Lotte says grabbing our hands and helping us up.

"I still beat you." I whisper to Kyra.

"You-" Kyra starts.

"shush you, we're boarding. " I grab Alessia's hand once I get up knowing she's nervous I can tell by the way she hasn't let go of me only when I got snacks.

Alessia hasn't said anything since we starting boarding, She just followed me onto the plane and to our seats.

"Do you want an isle or window seat less?"I ask.

"I Uh window" she answers.

She probably doesn't want the girls so see her. Alessia sits down in her seat and I join her in the seat next to her and place my hand on her thigh.

"When we take off why dont you try and sleep, it will make the time pass quicker and then before you know it we'll be in Miami"i suggest.

Less looks at me and i can see the discomfort and nerves on her face. "Yeah"she mutters.

I lift the arm rest that's between us up and I wrap my arm around her shoulders and pull her into me knowing that touching me calms her. Alessia doesn't hesitate to melt into me.

she lets out a shaky sigh and says "I'm sorry babe I feel so stupid."

"Hey don't talk like that it's not stupid everyone's afraid of something babe." I say.

"You're not." She says.

"Of course I am babe." I say.

"Really?" She asks surprised.

"Yes babe." I say flat.

"What?" She says.

" I'm afraid of... not being able to protect the ones I love and the people I love leaving." I say.

"Aww babe well you don't have to worry about either of those you do a great job at protecting your loved ones I mean you've defended me countless times and saved Lotte's life the other day and I would never leave you." Alessia says and gives me a kiss.

The plane begins to lift off in the air, and i can feel her tense up next to me.

"Its okay princess I'm right here. Your alright." I tell her.

"Maybe let's close the window? Would that help?" I ask and she nods against me, so i lean over and shut the window and give her a kiss.

"Why don't we put some music on and try to sleep yeah?" I ask.

"Okay can we listen to the playlist you made?" Less asks.

"Of course." We put or headphones in and listen to it Alessia calms down and soon falls asleep still holding on to me.

*time skip*

The flight is almost 9 hours so Alessia  and I slept through a few hours of it but I soon woke up Alessia is sleeping on my lap so I just let her be. I look across the isle and see Viv in a similar situation as me. I laugh. "We're suckers aren't we?" I say.

"Probably." Viv says.

"You are definitely suckers." Kyra says from behind me.

"Oi." I say offended and Viv does the same.

"Nah there just in love." Leah says.

Me and Viv stay quiet.

"See." Leah says and laughs. A little while later Alessia wakes up.

"Hey sleepy head." I say.

"Hey baby." Alessia says and lays back down on my lap.

"Only 2 hours left of the flight." I say.

"I can't wait to be in Miami with you. Our first trip together." Alessia says giddy.

"First of many." I say and Alessia smiles.

"I love you." Alessia says.

"I love you too princess" I say and Alessia blushes. I love how I can make her blush. I rubber my thumb across her cheek and smile.

*time skip*

We just landed. Alessia was a bit nervous for the landing but she did great which I told her and gave her a bunch of kisses. Now we're just waiting for our luggage.

"Oh there's our I'll go grab it." I say to Alessia and grab our suitcase.

"Oi izzi can you grab that one it's mine." Katie yells. I nod and grab her as well.

I walk back over the girls and give Katie her bag.

"Okay now just Alessia's bag needs to come." Steph says.

"No were all good me and less are sharing one." I explain.

"Aww how cute." Lotte says.

"Yup we're adorable." I say and wrap my arm around Alessia. The girls laugh at me. Alessia and I start walking.

"Come on girls we gotta get the car." The girls follow us and o get the car from the rental place. We had to get a van to fit us all but I got a nice Mercedes van.

"Come on this is ours" I say and open the boot and put my luggage in and help the girls with there's as well.

I open the passenger door for Alessia and then get in as well as all the girls in the back.
