Today we play the spurs. I am pumped as usual. I just get so excited on game days most people get nervous but I just can't wait to get out there. Right now we're on our way to there stadium. I'm just looking out the window and watching the streets of London.
"Izzi." Beth whisper yells to me.
I turn my head confused and Beth nods her head down at the Alessia who's fast asleep on top of me.
"Your her living mattress." Beth jokes.
"Why do I feel like you just called me a prostitute?" I ask laughing.
Kyra spits out her drink with a loud laugh and rest of the team join in.
I run my hand up Alessia's back as she grumbles, tilting her head as she nuzzles her face into my neck.
"I know what you mean though Beth but I love it her touch just calms me. If she wasn't laying on me right now I'd probably be jumping around." I say laughing a bit.
"WE KNOW!" The girls all say.
"Hey I'm not that bad." I say trying to defend myself.
"No you and Kyra both are crazy especially together. Who was dancing all along the bus before we sat down?" Leah asks teasing as they all lean over their seats to talk.
"Hey!" Kyra and I say at the same time causing the girls to laugh. Alessia grumbles.
"Shut up guys you're gonna wake her." I say.
*time skip*
We're a few minutes into the game and I've just got the ball off a spur player. I dribble down the pitch getting through their line of defense until it's just me and another player as well as the goalie. I see Alessia catch up to me and I just know where she's gonna go so I pass not even looking. Alessia gets the ball and smashes into the goal. I run over to Alessia and pick her up.
"That was fucking amazing babe!" I yell and all the girls celebrate.
"How did you even see me?" Alessia asks with a big smile.
"I just knew where you were gonna be." I tell her.
Before Alessia can respond.
"You didn't even look?!" Katie says surprised.
I laugh and say "no but I knew less would be there."
"How?" Beth's asks as we start getting back to position.
"Dunno just felt it was her and where she would be." I explain.
The refs blow the whistle and I quickly get the ball again from a nice pass from Alessia. I'm far from the goal but the keeper is also so I decide to go for it. I watch as the ball soars towards the goal and the keeper has no chance. It's in fuck ya. The girls come barreling towards me.
"HELL YEAH!"
"THAT WAS A FUCKING ROCKET!" Kyra yells. I laugh and give high fives.
"You are crazy!" Alessia says as I give her a hug.
"Crazy for you." I tease. Alessia blushes and hits my shoulder. She goes to go back to position but I pull her back and whisper "if I get the ball..."
I tell Alessia my plan and where I found flaws in there game and we head back to position the refs blows the whistle. After a few minutes Katie gets the ball and finds me I see and opening so I dribble down the pitch and just I suspected spurs left an opening letting me get the ball to Alessia and with ease she slots it into the goal. Alessia runs and jumps into my arms.
"Great goal babe!" I say.
"Nice pass!" Alessia says.
*time skip*
We won and it was fucking great. Alessia and I were just on. We kept finding eachother.

After being subbed nothing happens spurs had a few chances threw out the game but nothing came of them. Alessia ended the game with a hat trick and I myself picked up 3 goals. We were just on.
"What can you say about this game?" A reports questions me and Alessia.
"The spurs played well but tonight we had the better game. The team played amazing and we found ourselves in a great position and managed to pick up 3 points." I explain and go on to say "Alessia played amazingly and was able to find me countless times. The girls really played amazing and I couldn't be happier."
"You two have an amazing connection on the field has it always been like that or was this just luck tonight." A reporter asks.
"Uh I think we've always just had this connection on the pitch since our first training we just knew where each other were and ya." Alessia says.
"I agree Alessia and I actually get fought over at training since the girls hate when we play together." I say and the room laughs a bit. "But ya we can always find each other and ya I don't know how to explain it." I say and look at Alessia and smile.
"How does it feel to be the front runner for the ballon dor?" A reporter says.
"Oh uh I didn't even know I was but It's an honor to be considered for the award let alone be a front runner. There are so many talented girls in this sport so to be recognized among them feels great." I say. Holy shit I'm- . Wow.
"Alessia how do you feel to be nominated as well?" A reporter asks. Holy shit no way we're both nominated. Alessia and I both look at each other and say "holy shit." The room laughs at us but we're just suprised. "Jinx" I whisper and Alessia laughs.
"So we can assume neither of you knew about this before coming in here." The same reporter says Alessia and I turn and shake our heads.
"That's all the time we have for today." I staff member says and we say thank you and leave the room.
"Holy shit." I say as I step out. I turn to Alessia to see she's also shocked. I walk up to her and give her a hug.
"I am so proud of you princess. You played so well today and congrats on the nomination you deserve it." I say speaking straight facts.
Alessia looks up and says "thanks baby but I couldn't have played as well without you and I can't believe we both are nominated but I'm so excited you could win the whole thing babe!" Alessia says excitedly.
"Thanks baby. You know we make quite a duo." I say and laugh a bit.
"Didn't you say that before we started dating?" Alessia asks. How does she remember that it was so long ago.
"Ya I think I did. But it is true we are quite a duo." I say.
"That we are." Alessia says and gives me a kiss.
"What was that for." I ask with a big smile.
"You beat me during the press conference." Alessia says and gives me another kiss.
"I love you." I tell her.
"I love you too baby." Alessia responds I smile and grab her hand and we go to the locker room. When we walk in the girls start cheering. I look at Alessia asking what this is Alessia just shrugs.
"CONGRATS YOU TWO!!" The girls scream.
"Ballon dor and that game you guys are insane!!" Beth yells.
"Thanks guys!" Alessia and I say at the same time.
"Jinx!" We yell but Alessia beats me.
"Damn I am trash." I say and Alessia laughs I give her a quick peck.
