58. Leaving

"All right everyone. Once you finish eating grab your bags and wait in the lobby the bus will be here in 1 hour. Also I just wanted to thank everyone for such a great camp. Once again you guys did great. Also great first camp back Izzi!" She says and the girls cheer.

"Thanks Sarina." I say. She nods and leave to presumably her room.

"And to think you were nervous." Alessia says and nudges me.

"Oh shoosh." I say with a smile. I lean back in my chair and wrap my arm around Alessia.

"You? Nervous?" Beth says surprised.

"No." I say flat and eat my food.

"Yes." Alessia says with a giggle. "She didn't think you guys would want her to come. It took a lot of convincing you know?"

"Dude you're literally the best! Why wouldn't we?" Georgia says and the girls agree. I just shrug.

"Ya I've had so much fun. I've missed you!" Lucy says.

"Even when I beat you?" I tease. Lucy rolls her eyes but smiles.

"Well did you end up having fun?" Leah says with a smirk. Cocky.

"Ya I mean we won both games and you guys are just amazing people and players so I've had a great time. I'm glad I came back." I say with a smile. The girls laugh.

"Should've listened to me earlier." Lotte says smugly.

"Oh shoosh. Everything has happened the way it's supposed to." I say and grab mine and Alessia plates to throw away.

"I'm gonna go up and finish packing." I say to Alessia and she nods and says "I'll be up in a few." I nod and give her a kiss on the forehead. As I leave I see the blush and smile on her face. I love this girl so much.

*Alessia's pov*

I love her so much. I can feel myself blushes as she leaves.

"She is such a softy for you." Beth says laughing breaking me out of my trance.

"She can deny it all she wants but she is." Lotte says. I just blush. She is a softy but she's my softy.

"Now do you guys see what I mean? Izzi is so different than you would think." Ella says and continues with "I just love her."

"You wanna date her Ella?" The girls joke which gets my attention. I know Ella would never but I don't like thinking of someone else with izzi. Ugh that just makes me wanna vomit.

"No eww she my sister in law, for gods sake man." Ella says.

"The way she plays is fricking insane. If she doesn't win the ballon dor this year it's rigged!" Fran says.

"I agree." Some of the girls say and other nod.

"I think so to. I mean I see everything she does off the pitch and she really deserves it. I mean she studies for hours before each game. She takes time to help the other girls if they need it. But yet she still doesn't think she deserves all the praise." I say.

"Wow."

"She's always been like that. She'd rather the team do well and get the attention than her." Lotte says.  I nod knowing Izzi is the most unselfish person I've ever met.

"Ya the other day she stayed after training just to help me out." LJ says with a smile.

*back to izzi*

"Fucking finally" I mutter as I zip up mine and Alessia suitcase. Just as I set the bags down Alessia, Mary, and Ella walk in.

"Hey guys." I say and push the suitcase towards the door. When I get there I give Alessia a hug. Even though it hasn't even been a half hour I miss her. What has love done to me?

"I finished packing our suitcase." I say.

"Thanks baby."Alessia says with a smile and I nod.

Ella and Mary finish packing and we head down to the lobby.

*time skip*

We're about halfway through the flight back home. I'm sitting next to Alessia who's cuddled up into my side holding my arm and I have my hand on the inside of her thigh.

"The fans are going nuts for your picture Luce." I tease Lucy about the picture she had to post since she lost yesterday. Fans are bold as fuck. I wouldn't even say some of these things to lessi.

"Oh shut up." She says laughing. I stick my tongue out at her.

*time skip*

"You alright less?" I whisper to her as I grab my notebook and pen. I rub her thigh as I ask.

"Ya I think I'm getting better with flying. What are you up to babe?" She asks and put her hand over mine. I smile.

"I'm gonna watch some film." I say and raise my notebook. She nods and I ask "wanna watch with me?" Knowing she does but is to shy to ask.

"Sure." She says with a smile. I grab my AirPods and connect them to my iPad and I hand her one. Alessia and I get through a a little over half of the man city game. We've been taking notes the whole time and I pause it once again and point to a spot on the pitch.

"Do you see that? She drops back every time the ball gets there." I say pointing. Alessia nods and says  "she leaves this open every time when she does that."

"Yeah." I say while writing it down. I love that Alessia does this with me. She knows how much it means to me.

"What are you love birds up to?" Chloe asks as she walks by. I smack the iPad down.

"Oh nothing." I say with a smile and try to hold in a laugh but it ends up escaping. Alessia hits my arm which just makes me laugh even more.
Chloe looks down at my notebook and sees man city at the top. I close it when I see what her eyes are looking at.

"You don't quit do you?" She says with a laugh.
I just shrug my shoulders.

"Gotta be ready to kick some ass." I say. Chloe laughs and goes and sits down.  Alessia and I finish that match and relax back into the seats. Alessia lays her head on my shoulder and holds onto my arm. I lean down a kiss her head and whisper "I love you princess."

"I love you too." She says and squeezes my hand 3 times.
