Our Forbidden Love: Against The World

~ Chapter Five ~

"I think he should wear this" Madi says. Lando & Madi are getting ready to go to the track for Practice 1 & 2 and are about to get Leo ready. Madi is holding up a McLaren shirt that has Norris 4 on the back. She is also wearing one. "He's the cutest" Lando says. "Well yeah. He's your kid so of course he's the cutest" she says. "Well he's also your kid which makes him double cute" he says while cuddling Leo.

They went down to the track and Lando is now getting ready to get in the car. "Be careful, baby. I love you" Madi says with Leo in her arms. "I love you too, baby. Don't worry, I'll be careful" he says before softly kissing her and then kissing Leo. "Love you, daddy" Leo says and wraps his small arms around Lando's neck. "Love you too, baby boy" he says while holding Leo close. He finally gets in the car and Lena runs to the pit wall with Leo in her arms. She sits on her chair with Leo on her lap and puts her headphones on and ear defenders on Leo for when the cars come through the pits. "radio check, Lan" she says. "I love you, Mads!!!!!" He yells over the radio which causes her to laugh. "I love you too, Lan" she says.

"You're doing really well in that car. It's performing better than expected with you in it" Madi says. It's the end of Practice 1 and Lando was P2 for a majority of the session. "I really appreciate the support, Madi. This car is truly amazing. I think if we can keep up the good work and make a few more adjustments, we could be on to something really special here" he says. "you could honestly win a few races this year in that car. I don't wanna get your hopes up but you might even be able to win the world championship in that car" she says. "That's the dream, baby. Who knows? Maybe this is our year" he says. "We can only dream and hope" she says.

Practice 2 went really well and Lando came P1 by the end of the session. Now they are laying on the sofa in his driver room. Well... Leo is. "I think Leo missed you a lot in the car" Madi says while stroking Leo's head and playing with his curls. "He's a daddy's boy, that's why" Lando says while holding Leo tightly. "I want cuddles too" Madi says, which makes Lando chuckle slightly. "Come here, baby" he says while wrapping his arms around her too and making sure his love is spread between both Madi & Leo. After a little bit of sleeping and cuddling they go back to the garage after getting changed and Leo points at Lando's car and tries to climb on it so Lando picks him up and puts him in the car and he pretends to drive it. "Just like his daddy" she says as Lando wraps his arm around her. "I can already see it now: Leo Norris wins the world championship" he says with a small laugh.
