Our Forbidden Love: Against The World

~ Chapter Eleven ~

Lando stays around Madi throughout the whole entire party. He's way more protective now that she is carrying their second child. He doesn't leave her alone for one second. "You're extra clingy today. You okay, baby?" Madi asks as Lando wraps his arms around her waist. "Of course, I'm just never tired of holding you. You're my everything, my love. I'd hold onto you forever if I could" He says as he plants a soft kiss on her forehead. "Is it partially because I'm carrying your child inside of me?" she says with a small giggle. His heart swells with love and excitement at the thought of their baby in her womb "That's true. But that's not the whole reason. Being with you is its own magic"  He pulls away a bit, cupping her stomach softly. Lando is such a sweetheart sometimes. she smiles and wraps her arms around his neck "I love you so much, Lan". "I love you too, Mads".

They go home after a couple hours at the party and return to their hotel room to Leo running towards them. "I'm guessing he missed us" she says as Leo cuddles her legs. "I'd say so, considering how fast he ran to the door" As they step inside, he picks up their energetic son, his laughter filling the air. "But don't worry, buddy. We went on a fun adventure and we made sure to get back in time for bedtime. Now we have a little time left just for you before bed"  He softly strokes Leo's head, his love for his family flowing through every word and gesture. They all cuddle up on the bed together and Leo falls asleep within seconds. "Lan, you do realise how amazing you are of a dad to Leo. He's so lucky to have you as his dad" she says. "You're the one who's amazing" he says with a warm smile, looking over at Madi. "You're the most incredible mother and partner I could ever ask for. And Leo is the lucky one to have you in his life" he says as he kisses Madi's temple.

A couple months go by and it's the most important race of the year for Lando. Lando has been winning races back to back and today is the day they do practice 3 & qualifying for his home race, the British Grand Prix. Lando & Madi both make their way to the track. Madi is now 4 months pregnant and her bump is definitely visible now. Madi can almost immediately tell that Lando is nervous even though there is like 4 more hours until practice 3 "Lan.... you're gonna do amazing today, stop stressing" she says. It takes Lando ages to calm down but he does. They are cuddling on the sofa in his driver room while Leo plays with his toys on the floor. All of a sudden Madi feels a small little pain inside her bump. Like a kick. "Lan..." she says while holding her bump. "What is it, baby?" he says with slight worry. "I think baby just kicked..." she says. Lando immediately puts his hands on her bump and she moves his hands to exactly where she felt it. "come on, baby girl or boy. show daddy that I'm not going insane" she says before the baby kicks again but a lot harder. "wow. our baby is quite violent" he says with a laugh. "yeah no shit" she says before their baby kicks again with even more force. "Oi, knock it off in there. I get it, you can kick but stop fucking kicking me" she says. "Hey, give her a break. She's carrying you around all the time" he says with a smile as he rubs his hand on her bump. "yeah, I'm growing you and going through pain for it so be grateful and stop kicking me" she says. "I apologise on behalf of our child. they'll behave from now on, I promise" he says with a laugh. "too fucking right you will apologise on behalf of our child. your dick got us in this situation" she says which makes him laugh even more. This couple love each other really.

Madi continues to struggle throughout the day. This baby is way bigger than Leo was at 4 months. She's constantly going to the toilet due to the baby kicking her bladder and she just can't cope. Nothing could make her day worse until... her parents.
