I had the Ms. Jeon contacted both TXT and enhypen to meet up and talk. I changed cars to make sure I wasn't getting tailed.
"Y/n," I heard a deep voice say in the shadows, "You've arrived, we've been waiting." It was Yeonjun.
"My condolences, I'm sure Sunoo and Jungwon are in a better place now." I slightly bowed. Both groups came into the light, making it easier to see their grieving faces. Some red, puffy faces, some bloody fists, and some red eyes can be seen.
"Thank you. They've always looked up on you, I never understood why. Our group was never close with you, but the two were very fond of you." Sunghoon teared up with a smile.
"I'm sorry for what happened, I don't know the full story about how they got involved, but -" I got cut off
"Listen, Y/n. We don't necessarily blame you. However, you should've given us a warning or a simple heads up that you're onto seventeen. That way, both us and you wouldn't fall into danger, " Soobin explained
"First of all, be a gentleman and don't cut people off. Second, I do not owe you anything, especially not a heads up of a mission I am doing. Had I known you'd do something with such poor planning and send your youngest members into the most dangerous place, I wouldn't have let you -" These kids are gonna be the end of me
"You don't have the right -" I cut him off
"Shut it." I shut him off. "You have no right to come here, and suddenly play, boss. I will not take your shit anymore, I'm sorry for the loss of your members, but I am in no way responsible. Hold yourselves accountable and stop playing the blame game. You're not kids anymore. You know my deal now, and if you want to work together in this mission, contact Ms. Jeon. Do not send your innocent members into this, getting them killed. Understood?" I stated, making sure they got it all noted in their head.
Looking around with their heads down, they all whispered, "Yes, ma'am."
"I can't hear you," I said
"Yes, ma'am." they yelled
"Good, I will be going back to the hotel, and if there is any more trouble, just contact me. Do not come close to the hotel or near me ever throughout this mission." They all bowed
6:00 PM
I went back to the hotel and saw Hoshi in the lounge. He was drinking coffee in front of the sports tv, it was formula 1. He was sitting with an old man, laughing and betting?
"Hey, what a surprise running into you here." I greeted him with a smile
"Oh, Ling. Hello, you look as good as always." He smiled, looking a little surprised but happy.
"Didn't know you were a Formula 1 fan. You should've told me earlier that way I'd accompany you while watching." I let out a slight laugh and put my hand on his shoulder
"You never fail to amaze me," he laughed. "Sit with us." he smiled and offered me a seat
"Oh dear, thank you, who's your favorite driver?" I sat, smiling
"I've always been a big fan of Sergio Perez, but lately, I've got my eyes on Max Verstappen," he said, taking a sip of his coffee. "What about you?"
I nod. "I'm a big fan of Daniel Ricciardo. His smile always gets me." I sipped my coffee
"Oh yes, his infamous smile," he chuckled
"Whose infamous smile?" A voice said, he put his hands on my chair. I looked up, and it's Seungkwan.
