My immediate thought is floating/non-gravitational acid, but that doesn't seem very useful for anything more than traps. On the other hand, only being able to shoot acid through the fingertips is a serious downgrade.
It may be a little out there, but what if she turns things into acid by pressing all five fingers on it? And like Ochako's weight limit, it has a size limit that makes her sicker as she gets too close to it. (I know it was for censor purposes, but I distinctly remember Ochako puking rainbows in season 1 and I always thought it was because the food didn't mix in her stomach. Anyway I think the fusion should puke acid)
If she does puke acid then she either needs a digestive system of steel or everything gets bloody very fast, except maybe the stomach. Also, shout-out to the time I had such a bad coughing fit I nearly threw up and managed to get the back of my tongue to bleed. I think I coughed up just a little bit of stomach acid but that's a bit of a stretch.
Personal stories aside, I think she'd have a very interesting way of dressing. Budget lolita sounds interesting, but I think she loves lolita, can't afford it, and dresses very sporty instead. Ochako's casual outfit is just a shirt and shorts and I think Mina would add some colorful leggings and a bunch of bracelets to that. Maybe a tank top with a crop top over it with an 80's feel? Or a jumpsuit would be better with shorts, a crop top, and a belt or two layered over it.
Both Mina and Ochako have very good-getter attitudes and upbeat personalities, but Ochako has a tendency to get serious at times while Mina, at least in my mind, is very playful and loves goofing off. Maybe the fusion is upbeat and goofy as a baseline but scary serious when the situation calls for it? I think she'd love her friends to death, they're the situation that calls for it. Like when they're in trouble, or in a fight, or has a crush on someone, ect...
Also, she has the brightest fucking color palette known to man. I don't think MinaToru comes close to the color monstrosity we're making in the studio today. Also she's a sapphic, specifically lesbian. That's just a personal touch.
