"Everypony, keep away from the tree! This is the sheriff's responsibility! I won't let any more of you be in danger!" said Hitch Kenneth and a number of the critter then stood up "Kenneth! Guys, no! You can't be here, either!" he said Opaline then made her way though the Together Tree with Lava and Jade  "Don't try to hide, ponies! I will find you!" she said "Not as long as Sheriff Hitch is around!" said Hitch he used his earth Pony magic to summoned vines that wrapped around Opaline Opaline simply blasted them off  "Earth pony magic? Ah, what'll they think of next?" she laughed Kenneth and the other critters charged at Opaline "Wait! Kenneth! Steven! McSnipsalot!" cried Hitch they tackled Opaline back though the portal but came flying back as Opaline remerged  "No! No..." said Hitch hide behind some barrels "Come out, come out, wherever you are!" said Opaline "Not in my town!" whispered Hitch he tried a sneak attack vine but Opaline saw it coming at blasted it to "Your weeds are no match for a Fire Alicorn!" she said she then saw two ponies still with cutie marks "Huh? Well, look at that. And I thought I'd collected all of the other cutie marks." she said :Not today! Run! Get out of here!" yelled Hitch they turn and ran "After them!" Ordered Opaline Lava and Jade flew off blocking there escape and Opaline took there Cutie Marks  "No! " cried Hitch "There it is. Ripe for the plucking!" said Opaline as she started to steal Hitch's Cutie mark "Not... in... my... town!" grunted Hitch once Opaline stole his cultic mark she place it in one of the slots on her necklace  [grunts]

Back at the Brighthouse we saw the orange beam fade away "She's got Hitch!" said Misty "We have to help him!" said Sunny "Sunny, I... I can't!" said Misty "Misty, we have to!" said Sunny "I don't think I can face her!" said Misty "You don't have to. Stay here. Somepony needs to protect the Unity Crystals" I said Opaline's evil laughter echoed though the Together trees  "Hitch!" said Izzy "No!" cried Pipp "Hitch!" yelled Zipp "Now, Mistress Opaline, all of the cutie mark magic in Equestria is yours" said Jade "Not quite. Five little ponies to go... " said Opaline "Hitch! No!" said Sunny "Opaline! She's here!" said Misty "We have to protect the crystals!" said Sunny "No. I think she's here for our cutie marks" I said  "Sunny, I don't know if I can face her." said Misty Opaline the arrived with Lava and jade and they started to blast the protection spell my cutie mark and Twilight's shined when the fire and magic crashed against it "If they get through Twilight's and Xavier's  protection spell...!" panicked Sunny "There's no place left to hide. Once I have you and your friends' cutie mark magic, nopony in Equestria will be able to stop me" said Opaline "That spell can't protect you forever! Dragons! Light it up!" ordered Opaline Lava and Jade shot a huge bust of fire at us 
"The dragonfire is so strong! I don't think the spell is gonna hold much longer! Misty, I need you to promise me! If I can't stop her, you have to take the Unity Crystals and..." I said back Misty was gone "M-Misty?" I questioned "Don't stop until you break through!" said Opaline "Hey, Opaline! Is this necklace new? It's pretty!" said Misty she had got Opalines Necklace "Misty?!" gasped Opaline Misty laughed and ran into the community  garden "Misty! After her!" said Opaline she the the Dragon followed Misty "You little thief! Give it back!" ordered Opaline "Wasn't it you who taught me how to steal, Opaline?" said Misty "Quit hiding! Show yourself!" said Opaline "Awww, but I thought you liked it when I was sneaky!" she Misty Opaline then saw a bush shaking she blasted it "Gotcha!" she said but it was just a bunnycorn "So, I guess now's a good time to tell you that I've been sneaking around behind your back!" said Misty "You what?!" yelled Opaline  "I'm not on your side anymore, Opaline!" said Misty "I've got friends now! Real friends! And you can't take that away!" she said "Little traitor. I'll show her! Once I have the last of the cutie mark magic, I'll come back here and show everypony!" said Opaline opening up the portal to Zephyr Heights Misty ran after Opaline "Misty!" I yelled "To Zephyr Heights!" said Opaline stepping though "Everypony, we know this is scary" said Zipp "But we're going to be okay" said Pipp "No matter what happens, we're Zephyr Heights. And Zephyr Heights never—" began Zipp "Never had a chance" said Opaline "Are you ready to surrender?" she asked Thunder and Zoom stood in front of Zipp and Pipp "I've got an idea!" whispered to Zipp  "Hey, Opaline! You want our cutie marks? You can have them! But if you want to capture the most potent cutie mark magic, you should let my sister and I sing you a song!" said Pipp "What?!" yelled Zipp "Oh, come on. A song?" said Opaline "That's when our sparkle shines the brightest!" said Pipp she started to  vocalize and Opaline saw her Cutie mark shine "So sing!" said Opaline "Not here! This room has terrible acoustics!" her voice echoed "Awful, huh? Okay, follow me!" said Pipp they led her to the old stain glass window down in the train station Pipp was doing singing exercises "You do have a plan, right? Are you gonna let me in on it, or...?" question Zipp Pipp flew up to her and while still doing the singing exercise nodded "Hurry up! It isn't wise to test a Fire Alicorn's patience! Or we'll just skip the song and dance and—" began Opaline Pipp turned on her phone and Music started to play

"We did it! Let's go and—!" said Zipp but Opaline blast the curtain off in seconds "I must admit, you two put on a pretty good show. But you forgot the first rule of performing. Never turn your back on the audience!" said Opaline she the trapped them and began to steal there cite marks "Please!" pleaded Zipp "No!" cried Pipp "Not so confident or courageous now, are we, princesses?" said Opaline

Back at the Brighthouse the Crystal glitch and the two more of the Prisbeam light disappeared ": "Oh, no!" said Sunny "She got Pipp and Zipp" I said "You'll never get away with this!" said Pipp "I've heard that one before. Maybe try a different tune next time" laughed Opaline  "To Bridlewood!" said Opaline approaching the Together Tree "Get away from my tree!" said Misty "Your tree?" questioned Misty turning to face her "I won't let you do this to me! Or my friends!" said Misty "Your friends?" questioned Opaline "They showed me what it means to care about somepony!" said Misty "There's so much you've been hiding from me. Your tree... your friends... and your cutie mark! And all this time, I thought we were friends!" said Opaline "No! We weren't! It's so sad. You've got all the power in Equestria, and you still haven't ever felt true friendship" Misty told her "Ha! I have friends!" yelled Opaline pointing to the Dragons "You have to force others to pretend to be your friends! Like me! That's control!" challenged Misty "You ungrateful little pony!" growled Opaline "You were by yourself for so many moons. All alone. I actually feel really sorry for you" said Misty "Wow, Misty. All grown up! So empathetic! So kind!" said Opaline sarcastic she then trapped Misty "I always told you. If you want your cutie mark, you have to do what I say. You used to be a good and loyal helper. You can do that again. Hmm?" said Opaline "You didn't give me my cutie mark, Opaline. I earned it by helping my friends. And that's something else you can't take away from me!" said Misty "Is that so?" said Opaline she then stole MIsty's cutie mark "I can take whatever I want! Ta-ta!" said Opaline using the portal to get to Bridlewood when she arrived nopony was there  "It's almost as if nopony wants to see us. Come on out, little ponies!" said Opaline she the saw the outline of a Unicorn doing the weird chant "Bing-bong... Bing-bong... Bing-bong... Bing-bong..." " Is this how you're going to do this, unicorn? All creepy-like? Is that what your sparkle comes from? Spookiness?" said Opaline she turned it around but in was sir Butterscotch "Huh?" said Opaline  "Nooooo... Let's jam!" said izzy splatting her with said jam "Oof! Yuck! Ah!" went Opaline "My sparkle comes... from creativity! And glitter!" said Izzy coving Opaline with glitter as it stuck to the jam "Catch that unicorn!" yelled Opaline "Yeah!" said Izzy jumping on her cart ready to drive away "We could be using all this yarn to knit cool stuff if you weren't such a big, mean jerk!" said Izzy "Enough!" yelled Opaline use a magic pulse to blast of the jam and glitter she then grabbed "I don't have time for arts and crafts! Now give me what I came here for!" said Opaline she took what she thought was Izzy cutie mark "Nooooo!" cried Izzy "What... What is this?!" said Opaline notice the the mark was a pin "Felt, hot glue, and a really big button!" said Izzy "There's always time for arts and crafts!" said Izzy getting on her cart but Opaline stopped her before she could escape "If you insist!" said opaline stealing Izzy really cutie mark this time 

Sunny and I saw the last of the Prisbeam apart from ours fade and disappear "Izzy!" I yelled "We're the only ones left..." said Sunny
