Jungkook better figure out a quick and effective way, because he shouldn't feel this way about Taehyung.

Taehyung is straight.

Furthermore, the ravenette doesn't want to risk losing such a special connection with the older boy because of a stupid one-sided attraction.

Just remembering his last attempt to win over someone and how it went wrong gave him chills.

But Taehyung is not Jackson.

Jungkook got involved with Jackson knowing he's a piece of shit, but hoping he could fix the boy. He just walked out broken into a thousand pieces.

Taehyung is the opposite of the latter. Jungkook doesn't need to make an effort to interact, talk, smile or get a smile from the brunette, everything is calm and organic.

But this goddamn attraction can ruin everything.

The brunette faced a heartbreak a thousand times worse than his own. When he recalled the story he heard from the boy, he felt bad.

Imagine being dumped like nothing after years of relationship? Jungkook hated the boy's ex-girlfriend for not valuing the precious man she had in her hands.

And Taehyung has experience in long-term relationships, but almost zero experience outside of that. The boy only kissed four people in his life. Jungkook kissed more than that in just one night.

With the ravenette the scenario is opposite: he never had an official relationship (the three months with Jackson were never labeled), but had his fair amount of one night stands or short-term relationships.

But Jungkook always wanted to have a boyfriend and belong to one person only. After Yoongi and Jimin became official and moved in together, being single and lonely started to bother him even more. Maybe that's why he made the big mistake of pursuing Jackson.

Stop fucking bringing this asshole into your thoughts, dammit.

And then he remembers a certain handsome guy with his large hands wrapped around a waist that should've been his waist.

Lips swollen after kisses that should've been his.

The legs on either side of his hips, which should've been his.

The firm grip that Taehyung gave him on his nape when he hugged him on the stairs.

The strong pull he subjected to his body to pull him into a goodbye hug, their chests colliding and Taehyung saying his goodbye with his deep voice so close to his ear.

Fuck my life, stop that too Jungkook

But he just couldn't do it.

His thoughts were flooded with desire and eagerness to see and touch the brunette again.

Taehyung's rehearsal for BE is scheduled for five days from now, when the older comes to Seoul for his classes again.

This time Jungkook was adamant and insisted on hosting the boy in his apartment, after all he has a spare room and would appreciate the boy's company for a few days.

It would also be logistically convenient, obviously.

When telling Hoseok and Namjoon that Taehyung accepted doing the rehearsal, the older ones were ecstatic. They were pretty sure  that they had found a diamond in the rough ready to be cut and probably be the new face of BE (along with Jimin).

In fact, Jimin couldn't hide his jealousy seeing his friends' excitement about the new boy, he's used to be the spoiled one of the group and spent a few days with his pout face and drama, saying that he would be fired and starve to death because of them.
