Chapter 1

"Nakakainis naman!" 

Katatapos lang ng klase at palabas na kami ni Amor. Nagulat siya sa biglang malakas na sigaw ko. Humarap ako sa kaniya bago siya mabilis na hinila papuntang cr. Pagkapasok namin ay sinigurado ko munang walang tao ang makakarinig sa aming dalawa bago ako nagsalita.

"Nakakainis talaga beh." Reklamo ko agad.

"Bakit ba?"

"Eh kasi kapartner ko yung asungot na yun." Nakangusong sagot ko sa kaniya bago nag crossed arms.

"Oh ano naman?"

"Wala lang, nakakainis lang kasi talaga siya. Dati pa talaga.."Pahina ng pahina ang boses ko.

"Ba't ka ba naiinis dun? Eh wala ngang ginagawa yung tao sa'yo." Mahinahong sagot niya. Sa aming dalawa ni Amor, siya talaga ang mas chill at relax lang. She's neutral with her opinions and she's really a good friend of mine. Hindi kami same ng group of friend ni Amor, talagang nakakasama ko lang siya dahil magkaklase kami ngayong sem.

"Wala nga.." Nakangusong sagot ko. "Pero may galit talaga ako diyan unang kita pa lang.." Mahinang saad ko bago ko naalala ang unang araw na nakilala ko siya.

I sighed and turned to head for our classroom. I wasn't here yesterday since the typhoon that was headed into the country caused us to extend our vacation. Buti nga ay nakauwi kami kaagad kinabukasan e, kung hindi baka naka bakasyon kami ng ilang linggo. Ayoko pa naman na may absent ako, ayokong may ma miss na klase.

I sit down and look at the floor with my head resting in my palm. They switched things up this semester, so I'm not in the mood. Ewan ko ba kung anong pumasok sa kukute ng school at pinaghiwahiwalay kaming lahat, tuloy ngayon ay hindi ko kilala ang mga kaklase ko. I'm not even familiar with their faces because I was too isolated with our room last year that all I can remember is my former classmates' faces.

I was lost in my own thoughts when a man came into the room. I knew right away when I saw his face that I didn't like him. His red t-shirt and jeans were paired, and one of his bag's straps was dangling over his shoulder. He walked to the other side of the room, sat down, and held his head up. He was sitting directly in the opposite side of my chair, and I could see his side profile and the movement of his Adam's apple as he swallowed saliva.

I didn't even notice that I was already intently looking at his every movement that when he looked in my direction, I was taken aback. He has a blank look on his face, so I immediately diverted my gaze. Mygosh, bakit ba ako nakatingin sa kaniya? Nakakainis naman.

Unang pumasok sa isip ko ay mayabang..

Hindi naman sa judger pero mukha siyang mayabang maglakad kasi nakataas talaga yung noo niya na parang feeling niya sa kaniya yung buong school. Judger nga..

Not long after, our teacher came in. Since, this is already the second day of school, they already introduced their selves yesterday kaya agad na nag lesson ang teacher. Nilabas ko kaagad ang notebook ko para magsulat, I am that kind of student kung saan isusulat ko talaga lahat ng mga points na dapat kong aralin, kahit na sabihin pa ng teacher na hindi na kailangan ay ginagawa ko dahil hindi ako sanay na walang sinusulat habang nag didiscuss. Isa pa, tinatamad ako laging mag check sa google classroom namin para sa mga ppt kaya sinusulat ko nalang para di na ako mag bukas ng app.

I was listening intently with Sir Hans while also taking notes with what he's saying.
