"You're alive, I gotta do it now." Lips grazed Sam's before leaving him again. "Make it out of here for me."
Sam panted on the ground, chains digging into his wrists as he yanked to free himself. "Fucking cocksuckers, get me the fuck out of here! I'll fucking kill all of you!"
Those are the words that he would've said. Some of the guards on the outside watched on, sharing some ritz and debating whether or not he was gonna lose his voice before someone puts him out.
Lights began to flash behind them, what looked to be some sort of alarm system although Sam couldn't hear a damn thing. The soldiers looked at eachother briefly before pulling at their walkies and their guns.
One of the men gave a brief glance Sam's way, making a gesture with his fingers that said 'I'm watching you'. He glowered, knowing damn well he would've spit on the glass if he could've.
A moment later, a girl was where they were and he already got the sense she wasn't meant to be. The pale chick with the platinum hair and the tats, more dead looking than the walkers to be honest. She spoke into her radio and the high tech lock on the door released a satisfying click.
"The hell you doing?" Sam tried to ask, muffling into the mask before cussing and jerking in his bondsge. Someone was seriously going to die if he didn't get those damn chains off.
She ignored him, looking up to the camera in the corner with a thumbs up. After a moment the gadget buzzed then fell shut.
"We're overthrowing the king, he's got Liam." She pulled at a pair of keys tossed on the table outside, sorting through until she found one that fit. The pressure released from Sam's wrists finally and he groaned.
Sam tossed the muzzle free, chucking it at a wall where it fell harmlessly to the bed. Fucking rats. He accepted the hand she held, hopping to his feet and shaking away the numbness.
With a lack of introductions or small talk, she passed over a gun and began to move. My kind of woman, Sam would have thought if not for the panic weighing at him. Liam better be okay.
"The guards will be busy up there for a while, Jack will handle his dad."
"What?" Sam pulled at her shoulder, confused before things began to click into place. "Those pricks are related? Fucking of course they are. W- you honestly believe he's on our side with this?"
"Well this is his mission and he's kinda fucking your boyfriend so yeah, I'd say so."
Sam stared briefly where he'd been peeking over cover for any enemies. He turned to her as the words finally sunk in. What did she say..?
Each screen flashed with images of the underground which was provided by the round the clock security system. Ira fiddled quickly with the dials, checking everyone's positions. Jack insisted Sam be released, he was good in a fight and springing him was essential to the plan.
He spotted him and Josie working their way through the halls in Liam's direction. He turned to the medical room monitor, preparing to insert the drive when those eyes caught his.
He sighed, "I'm coming' baby." With a few clicks, the screen cropped so only Everet and the doctor could be seen with their experiment.
