Chapter Twenty-Nine

CAPRICORN'S POV

Why do I have to be rivals with Pisces?

I mean just look at her. She was pouting the whole way till we reached home.

The good thing is that our match is the first one so we will be done with it very fast.

The other issue is about winning.

I have to win somehow. But if I win then Pisces would loose.

I sigh and look outside the window of my bedroom.

Well I should quit sulking. I need to win. I have to be strong to protect the people I love.

And I'm ready to work for it.

I hope Cephus stays true to his words.

There is a knock on the door.

I get up and open the door to see Taurus there.

"Hey Cap, you talked with Scorpio?"

"Oh yeah I did." I nod and gesture her to come inside the room.

"What did he say?" she asks.

"He said he just cannot stand Cephus.

He did not give me the reasons but it is obvious.

I did try to reason with him about Cephus being a good person to guide us but he isn't listening.

He said it would be okay if it was anyone else in the world but Cephus." I sigh as I finish the sentence.

"Well his jealousy is going to ruin him." Taurus replies.

"Jealousy?" I raise my eyebrow.

"Sagittarius? I think he's into her." Taurus sighs.

"He has always been obsessed with her but I didn't think of it in a romantic way." I say thinking about it.

"Oh I think she is into him as well. Haven't u noticed the constant bickering? Seems like an old couple." She says.

"Now that I think of it-" I get cut in mid sentence.

"But then again how would u notice that when you are so busy in noticing Pisces?" she smirks and teases.

"I am surprised how you got time to notice Scorpio and Sag when you yourself can't stop drooling over Leo." I retort back trying to control the blush creeping up my cheeks.

Taurus blushes at the mention of Leo as well and diverts the topic back to Scorpio before leaving the room.

Well about Scorpio. He doesn't hide things from me usually. I will have to ask him about Sagittarius though.

They do look close nowadays.

LIBRA'S POV

I see Taurus blushing and coming out of Capricorn's room.

I am about to approach her when someone spins me around.

It's Virgo!

"Lib, wanna hangout today?" he asks me with a smile on his face.

"Why not? V, I have missed you so much you know? Admist this chaos and stuff." I pout and squish his cheeks with my hands.

He frowns and removes one of his hands from my waist and tucks a strand of my hair behind my ear.

"I missed you too. But you know we're so busy. And we're still going to be busy. But I have made sure that I included you in my daily routine.

I have given you lots of time on my timetable." he says thoughtfully.

He looks so cute when he is lost in thought.

I give him a quick peck on the lips and he blushes.

Everytime I do it he blushes. It feels like the first time again.

My train of thoughts is broken when Sagi walks past us making cringe kissing noises and yelling, "GET A ROOM. STOP THE PDA!!"

She says that after clicking a few photos of us and running away before Virgo could snatch the phone away.

I laugh at the antiques and hold V's hand and say, " Let's just chill in my room. I want to cuddle you!" I say and he holds my hand tighter and we both go to my room.

AUTHOR'S POV

Taurus on the other hand bumps into Leo on the way to her room and blushes even more.

"Hey Taurus, wanna come to a party with me?" Leo asks her.

"Uhm I'd rather just sleep in my room." Taurus says.

"There's food-" Leo's speech is cut off

"I'm in." Taurus intervenes.

"I'll even take you to a nice restaurant if we leave the party early." Leo winks.

"Time? Just tell me when!" Taurus smiles excitedly.

"I'll text you once Gemini sends me the details. It's a house party. I too know a few people there actually." Leo says as he runs his hand through his hair.

"Keep doing that and you will turn bald one day." Taurus laughs and Leo looks shocked.

"Your words wound me." Leo says with a fake hurt expression on his face and hand on his chest.

"Stop it drama queen. Just text me the details atleast an hour ago so that I make sure I don't fall asleep." Taurus says.

"What about my wounded heart?" Leo teases.

"I'll make it upto you at the party then?" Taurus winks and leaves while trying to hide a blush.

Ba-dump. Ba-dump.

"Is this the sound of my heart?" Leo blushes as he speaks to himself.

- MEANWHILE -

Scorpio is currently sitting in HM Orion's office.

"I don't like Cephus." He says.

Orion is playing video games with his legs on the table. He has a coke in one of his hands and a packet of chips is just lying around.

He just hums and without taking his eyes off the screen says, "Okay so?"

Orion sips his drink.

"Be my teacher." Scorpio says directly.

"Yeah okay." Orion says without thinking.

"Wait, what?" Orion says in shock after he realises what Scorpio just said.

He almost chokes on his drink.

Scorpy got some guts, eh?

Who wants Gem x Aqua steamy scene in the next chapter?
