Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce One Shots

"So, how's it going with baby Cy lately?" Taylor asked through her phone to one of her best friends.

"Oh, it's been great, exhausting, but great," Claire replied, "only thing I actually miss is a good night's sleep," she laughed.

Taylor laughed too but then thought of something, "hey, when was the last time you and Alex had a night with just the two of you?"

"Not since Cy was born," Claire said.

Before Taylor could say something to her, she got startled when she felt Travis's arms creep up behind her.

"Who you talking to?" he whispered in her ear.

She mouthed Claire then said into the phone, "hey Claire, I gotta put my phone down for a quick sec, can you just hang on? I'll be real quick,"

Claire told her okay Taylor put her phone on the counter and walked over to Travis, who found his way to the cupboard where Taylor kept the cookies.

"Trav, quick question, would you feel like a bit of babysitting tonight? Claire and her husband haven't had a night alone since Cy was born, and I get it because he is only 5 months old, but like 5 months is a bit long to not have one night alone," Taylor said slightly out of breath at the end of her question.

"I think it would be quite fun, let's get that baby over here and let them have a no baby night," Travis said and watched Taylor grin.

Taylor walked back and picked up her phone "Claire?"

Claire hummed, letting Taylor know she was still there.

"Why don't you bring Cy here, and Travis and I can watch him for the night while you and Alex have some time alone to do whatever you want?" Taylor asked her.

"Oh Tay, you don't have to," Claire started.

"Claire, we want to. Now, bring that cute little baby of yours and make sure to pack some PJs for him," Taylor said.

"Thank you so much Tay. We'll bring him by in a little bit," Claire said.

They both said their goodbyes and hung up. Taylor walks to the living room and sees her husband picking it up a bit, moving things around so that it is sort of baby proofed. Taylor's heart melted seeing how he was trying to make it safe for a baby to be here. Taylor stopped him for a quick second to give him a kiss, then walked upstairs to a guest room. She opened the closet and grabbed out the travel crib she had in there for her friends who needed it whenever they came out. She put it in hers and Travis's room, in case he woke up throughout the night.

Travis walked into the room while Taylor was setting it up and helped her out a bit. Once they felt like the house was semi-baby-proofed, considering they could only work with what they got, they relaxed on the couch and waited for Claire and her husband to bring Cy over.

The doorbell rang as they were in the middle of a Grey's Anatomy episode. They both walked over to the door and opened it up to see Claire, Alex, and a baby Cy sleeping in his car seat.

"Taylor, we can't begin to thank you both enough for doing this," Claire said.

"Don't worry about it. You two give me that car seat with the adorable sleeping baby and get on with your night," Taylor said.

"Okay, everything you would need is in his bag, he still does wake up during the night but only twice at the most. He is only having bottles still, so they are in there with the formula he eats, and obviously there are more than enough diapers," Claire had said while handing over the diaper bag.

Alex handed the car seat over to Travis and had said thank you to both him and Taylor. They say their goodbyes and Taylor closes the door. She looked at Travis, "ready for this adventure?" she asked while giggling a bit.
