WARREN MIGHT have been flooding David's inbox on Instagram for the last three days. Warren knows he's being annoyingly persistent, but who gives a fuck? Certainly not him.

Well, this situation could've been actually avoided if David just answered his messages.

But no. He never answered any of them. For three days as well.

And to be honest, that annoyed Warren so much because he's not used to being ignored.

However, something happened the next day. David finally replied to him.

And that only happened because Warren did something that gave David no other choice but to reply.

"Greetings. It's Warren.
I'm just checking if you already
saw my message. Well, it
seems like you haven't. Busy?
What could be more important
than replying to a message from
your boss?" 11:09 A.M.

Nung unang beses na mabasa iyon ni David ay halos mapunit ang kilay niya sa sobrang pagkaka-kunot nito.

Not that he's angry or what. But more like confused.

Then a few hours later, another message appeared.

"My apologies. That sounded rude.
You must've been very busy
with your archery practice.
Keep up the good work, okay?"
3:35 P.M.

"Wow. Still no reply?
Not even a read receipt?
You're really THAT busy?"
11:56 A.M.

"It's pretty cold here right now
in London. Not that you
need to know about it...
How's the weather there?"
5:06 P.M.

David cupped his mouth to stop it from breaking into an amused grin, but he was already too late.

Naiiling na tinitigan ni David ang huling message ni Warren. "Napaka-random talaga nito ni robot."

"Okay, you're CLEARLY
ignoring me. I know you
could see my messages, David.
You could even read them.
Omar explained to me how
this direct message shit works."
8:45 a.m.

"He even told me you
can choose whether you
will accept or delete a
message request. Was it fun?
Ignoring me? Making a fool
out of me? Messing with me?
Hmm?" 8:47 a.m.

"David! You bastard! Stop ignoring me!"
8:48 a.m.

"Dude! Your phone keeps blowing up!" Riley shouted at David when he sat on one of the benches inside their indoor archery range.

David retracted his arrow and looked over his shoulder. "Ha? Ano ulit yun?"

"Your phone," Riley jerked his thumb to where David's phone was. "It keeps blowing up."
