Ch 1

(Lysander's Pov)

Making my way out of my last college class of the day I trip over the last step when someone puts their foot out making me stumble I barely catching myself before I hit the ground. Ignoring the sniggers of my classmates I start walking admiring the nice day my fox ears and tail twitching in content until I reach the entertainment building my sister started working at. I greet the receptionists before taking the stairs up to the recording studios I making my way to the room number I was given earlier by my sister. Not noticing the recording lights on I make my way into the room before I pause when I see ten boys on the couch and one is in the booth. Immediately feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable I shift and move to leave when suddenly the guy in the booth who I recognize as Hyunjae from The Boyz finishes up his part of the song and my sister Kira speaks up as her mentor praises Hyunjae. "Get your little booty in here Kit." I immediately feel eyes on me making me blush and glare at my older sister but close the door and set my backpack aside moving further into the room my ears flat against my head in anxiety. She gives me a smile before motioning to the other members of The Boyz. "Go ahead and get comfortable. I have to get something from storage." I immediately frown giving my sister a look of panic she just winking at me and sweeps her tail at me brushing it against mine before leaving the room. I feel my anxiety start to creep up on me as soon as Kira walks out the door. I'm not good with dealing with new people. Taking a little breath I go to walk over towards The Boyz members when suddenly Kira's mentor Dongyul speaks up. "You shouldn't be in here you almost ruined the recording." I immediately frown and shift a little going to apologize when he cuts me off. "And you're really annoying always bugging us and interrupting." Feeling a little bad and uncomfortable I back towards the door going to leave when Kira suddenly comes back she giving me a look. "Where are you going? Get your booty back in there and go socialize." I give her a slight look as I try to bypass her when she grabs ahold of my arm and drags me over to the members. I squirm in her grasp but she smacks my arm making me pout before she turns to the boys. "Guys this is my little brother Lysander." Kevin gives us a confused expression tilting his head. "But you called him kit earlier." Kira chuckles in amusement. "That's just his nickname because he's like a baby fox." I glare at my sister but she just coos at me and pets my ears making the others look at us in amusement. She then pokes my cheek telling me to pay attention then she introduces all the guys even though I already know who they are. Just as she finishes introducing everyone Dongyul speaks up sounding annoyed. "Let's get this back on track. Changmin your parts are up next." Changmin carefully moves past us and goes into the booth while Kira takes her seat after pushing me into Changmin's spot which is right beside Eric. I glare at her signing a little angrily. "Really? You know I don't do well with people." She smiles at me reassuringly and signs that she believes in me making me sigh. Suddenly I turn my head only to freeze when I see Eric staring at me curiously. "You guys know sign language?" I give a shy nervous nod. "Y... yeah. I h... had trouble s.. speaking as a k... kid." I cringe at my stuttering but he just nods in understanding. "That's cool that you had other ways of communicating." Feeling a little surprised Dongyul gives us looks telling us to be quiet before the music starts and Changmin starts singing. Once he's done Kira checks the time before getting up. "Let's go Sander we gotta get home." I quickly jump up and run to her side giving The Boyz members a small polite bow of goodbye before rushing out of the room with Kira and head downstairs to her car before we drive home.
