Ginger and Zane watch their target with knowing eyes, waiting for him to suddenly run, waiting for him to try and fight them.

"Where are you heading tonight Roma?" Ginger asked.

"Taking my daughter to the park," He gripped his daughter's hand.

"No we aren't," She innocently looked at her father. "We're seeing Uncle Eric."

"Yes, but we're going to the park," He gave her a stern glance, hoping to signal his daughter to stop talking.

"Why not the Bar?"

"A bar, huh?" Zane raised a brow at Roma.

"Yeah! They give me juice and cheese fries," The little girl grinned at Zane. "And they have this huge wood game, I think it is called Janga. And Daddy plays this thing called pool, and It does not look like a pool. Uncle Eric plays with him, they hit each other with the sticks sometimes," The girl laughs.

"Oh yeah, how about you tell me more about it while we head there?" Zane says and steps forward. "I play Janga too, I'd love to play with you while we hang out with your daddy and Eric," Zane gives a smile to Roma. "Do you remember the way there, Eva?"

"Yeah! Daddy and I come here every weekend!"

"Great, then lead the way," Zane grins and grabs her hand as they walk.

"Wait, don't tou-" Roma starts before Ginger puts his hand over his mouth, stopping the both of them while Zane and Eva walk forward.

"You dont have a choice, we're not gonna hurt your kid either. Our issue is with you, not your daughter," Ginger whispered to him. "Now, stay silent and cooperate. You're going to tell your daughter that Plans changed, and we 3 are going to work together, and we take her back home. Then, you come with us. Got that?"

"Fine, just dont hurt her," Roma sighed and gave a nod.

"Trust me, we'd never hurt a kid. We're not fuckin monsters," Ginger slapped the back of Roma's head. "Now move it and do exactly as I said."

The two sped walked to catch up, and Roma reached out a shaky hand to lay on his daughter's shoulder. She turned her head and smiled at her father, stopping her sentence with Zane.

"Pumpkin, plans have changed. I need to go to work with these two, so I need to take you home to be with Momma and Nana, okay?"

"But I wanna see Uncle Eric," Eva whined.

"We'll see him tomorrow, how about that?"

Sadly, the girl nodded along and begrudgingly turned around and started heading home with a deep frown. Zane leaned down and picked up the girl, then put her over his shoulder. She laughed and happily climbed up to sit on his shoulder. Zane chatted with the girl to cheer her up, as the two in front of them walked in silence to the townhome they lived in. Once they reached the doorstep, a woman was already waiting. The girl got off and greeted her mom before waving to her dad.

"Alright, let's go," Ginger said, turning them around. A few houses down Zane pushed Roman to the ground and kicked him in the side.

"You," Zane grinned and kicked him again. "Are a sack of shit."

"What'd I do?"

"You take your 8-year-old to the bar when you should be paying back your debt, yet you go get drunk with your daughter?"

Zane squatted down and pulled Roma to his feet.

"Who are you to fuckin judge?" Roma sneered, pulling his shoulders from Zane's grasp.
