During our trip around Deerford, we discovered that xenophobic propaganda and slandering practices were being disseminated by thugs operating under the leadership of Dawn Breaker.
[Zepcieus]
Dawn Breaker? I've never heard of him.

They didn't know much either. The changeling we got the information from only knew his name.

I wonder who he could be. Is some common thug looking to sow chaos in Deerford? And for what reason?

I'd like to believe that his plans are unfolding successfully. Deerford is living up to the expectations on which it was established. The majority of high elves make little attempt to defend their neighbors if the harassment is verisimilar to reality.

I'm not surprised.

That is troubling news. Deerford is a place of prosperity because the people in the city generally know how to work together. Practices and cultures have been melded and exchanged. It would be such a shame to see such a spectacle be destroyed.
