Safe- Mattheo Riddle

Friends

(I've added snow patrol chasing cars to the top of this chapter so you can listen along whilst Theo and Aurora butcher the song)

Aurora

I lightly knocked on Mattheo's door and waited for him to answer, but when the door swung open I was met with Theo instead.

"Aurora I assume you're here for that little fucker?" Theo asked as he pointed behind him.

"Yes Theo I am" I answered with a laugh.

"Well come on in, mi amore" he smiled and moved to the side so that I could walk into the room, I heard him shut the door behind me.

"Theo, keep calling her mi amore and I'll fuck you up again" Mattheo growled lowly

"Hey, no. No more fighting over me. Mattheo me and Theo are just friends, okay?" I said softly, looking into his brown eyes.

"I'm going to go before you tell him what you need to mi amore, I don't want to get hit again" Theo said quickly and then flashed Mattheo a toothy grin before literally running out of the room.

"What does he mean, tell me what you need to?" Mattheo asked with furrowed brows.

"Okay so, me and Theo might of kissed a few times yesterday before the party, well one was a peck and two were heavy make out sessions" I spat out the words as fast as I could.

"Okay" Mattheo said calmly and my eyes widened "what? You're not mad?"

"No darling, I'm not. As long as he keeps his hands off you now" he said with a hard expression on his face.

"In all honesty, it only happened because we made a plan to make you jealous" I felt a blush rise on my cheeks, so I jumped face first onto Theo's bed.

Mattheo let out a low chuckle, "come here darling". I slowly lifted my body up and ran and jumped onto his bed instead.

"I promise we are only friends, it didn't mean anything" my voice was muffled as I spoke into Mattheo's sheets.

"It's okay Aurora" he said softly and I finally lifted my body back up, so I was sitting in front of him. "Good" I whispered before leaning in and locking our lips together.

After spending an hour cuddled up with Mattheo on his bed, just the two of us. Theo and Draco barged through the door, holding all sorts of snacks in their arms and a few bottles of alcohol.

"Movie night, movie night" Theo chanted. I let out a loud laugh at his actions.

"Theo if you don't stop acting like a child, I'm leaving" Draco rolled his eyes

"Okay, bye then Malfoy" Theo said and turned around as he continued dancing across the room.

I jumped up from Mattheo's lap and grabbed the bottle of fire whiskey, I pulled the top off and started drinking from the bottle.

"Okay darling slow down, I'm pretty sure you're still drunk from last night" he laughed

"What makes you bad, makes you better riddle" I said with a huge smile.

"Hell yeah!" Theo shouted

"Can we start this movie before dumb and dumber" Draco pointed at me and Theo "get drunk and annoying"

Mattheo smirked at Draco's words and waved his wand, revealing a muggle TV on the wall. They kept it under an invisibility charm, because god forbid anyone found out that Mr pureblood supremacist Draco Malfoy enjoyed something made by muggles.

I insisted that we watch mean girls, which made all the boys roll their eyes and complain, but being the only girl. I always got my way.

We only made it about an hour into the film before me and Theo were absolutely shit faced. I whispered in his ear and he grabbed the remote from Draco and turned the tv off.

"Asshole, what are you doing" Draco exclaimed loudly.

"Me and Aurora, would like to preform for you both"

"No" Draco said sternly.

"Come on Malfoy, let them have their fun" Mattheo let out with a chuckle.

I jumped up onto Theo's bed and started singing.

"We'll do it all...everything....on our own" I sang dramatically moving my hands around.

"We don't need....anything....or anyone" Theo continued whilst pointing at me.

"Oh Merlin, help me" Draco mumbled and put his head in his hands. Mattheo was watching us with a huge smile on his face.

"If I lay here...if I just lay here....would you lie with me and just forget the world!" I sang loudly whilst pointing at Mattheo, he nodded his head at the lyrics of the song which made me smile even more.

"I don't quite know...how to say....how I feel" Theo was really bringing out all his best acting skills right now.

"Those three words...are said too much....they're not enough" I locked my eyes with Mattheo, hoping he was understanding why me and Theo were doing this.

"If I lay here, if I just lay here, would you lie with me and just forget the worlddddd!!" Me and Theo were both singing in union now, he wrapped his arms around me dramatically.

"FORGET WHAT WE'RE TOLD! BEFORE WE GET TOO OLD! SHOW ME A GARDEN THATS BURSTING INTO LIFE!" we weren't really singing anymore, just screaming.

"Okay that's enough now, my head is hurting" Draco shouted at me and Theo, we both started laughing at his outburst.

"Aww sorry is grandad dracy getting too old to have fun" Theo mocked in a baby voice.

"Shutup Nott" Draco crossed his arms over his chest.

I jumped off Theo's bed and dropped myself down onto Mattheo's lap, he wrapped his arms around me tightly and kissed the side of my head.

"Okay boys I think I should head to bed now, we do have classes in the morning"

"I'll walk you to your door Aurora" Mattheo said standing up.

As me and Mattheo left the room, we both heard Theo shout "OUR BOY IS WHIPPED!" through the closed door. Followed by Draco shouting "NOTT SHUTUP!".

I simply shook my head and let out a laugh and Mattheo rolled his eyes, before taking my hand and walking through the common room, up the set of stairs leading to the girls dormitory's.

"You didn't have to walk me to my door, it wasn't like I had to go far" I said sweetly, looking into his beautiful brown eyes.

"Yeah well, I'm a gentleman" he said with a shrug of his shoulders.

"Goodnight Mattheo" I pulled him into a hug.

"Goodnight darling" he placed a kiss on the top of my head and then took a hold of my face with both of his hands and placed one onto my lips as well.

I smiled at his actions and ruffled my hand through his curls. He smiled once more and turned around to head back to his own room.

Mattheo Riddle had relit the spark inside of me and I never wanted it to burn out ever again.
