Location: Y/n's House - Uptown Creation City

It was a hot summer day here in Creation City and we see Y/n watering his vegetable garden and they need all the water they can drink to withstand the heatwave or they will all be dried up and die.
Y/n: (Whew!) It sure is hot out here. (Notices that the hose stopped working) Hey! What gives?!
He tried to make the hose work to get more water for his garden until one of the carrots suddenly popped out and started gasping for water until it eventually shriveled up and died.
Y/n then decided to see what the problem was, only to find a bunch of pipes and gauges that are taking all of the town's water's supply that are all leading to the other end of the fence with a sign that says "Keep Out!".
Y/n: Hmmm....I wonder who's behind all of this?
Y/n then looks over to the other side of the fence to see SMG3 stole all of the town's water supply to build his own water park and it looks like he's making a fortune selling tickets to the people of Creation City to go into his own water park.
Y/n: (Walks up to SMG3) What are you up to this time, SMG3?
SMG3: Ticket prices! I'm making a fortune here with this water park I've built here!
Then we see Tails Doll holding up some cash to buy a ticket to get in the water park, but SMG3 doesn't allow his kind to be in his water park as he points to the sign that shows that he doesn't allow sentient plush dolls in the water park due to all the fur on his body that might clog up the drains.
SMG3: No sentient plush toys like yourself in my water park! You're fur will clog up the drain!
Tails Doll: Awww... :'(
Y/n will remember that...
Y/n: Excuse me, that was my son that you just kicked out and I needed that water for my vegetable garden and--
SMG3: You want some water? Well why didn't you say so?
He then shot Y/n with a big hose and he is sent back to his house and got his body stuck inside the mailbox, but Y/n will not be defeated so easily as he plans to get back at SMG3.
Y/n: Of course he realizes that, like Bugs Bunny always said, "This means War!"
Timeskip - 15 Minutes Later
As Y/n sneaked his way back into SMG3's water park without getting spotted, we see the evil doer relaxing at the lazy river on a inner tube and our hero watches over him through some bushes before stumbling upon a lever that controls the speed of the Lazy River.
Y/n: Hmmm....this should be interesting. (Pulls lever from Gentle Stream to Racing White Water.)
After he pulled the lever to the Lazy River, the whole stream became a inner tube obstacle course as SMG3 is riding for his own life from the speed of raging waters before his inner tube got caught by one of the sharp rocks and got ripped open, causing SMG3 to fly crazily in the sky, leaving a sky trail that reads, "Eat at Waluigi's Taco Stand" before landing at another pool of water that he believed to be a kiddy pool, but he didn't realize what he really landed in.
SMG3: Good thing that I landed on this kiddy pool.
Y/n: (Whistles while holding a fish in his hands) Come and get it!
SMG3 now soon realizes that he landed into the SeaWorld Exhibit at his water park, which regret adding it to his water park despite getting so many costumers that attended at the water park to visit SeaWorld as the villain got caught by the killer whale by the mouth before closing it when it jumped up to grab the fish from Y/n's hand.
