Chapter 3

Chapter 3: The Escape

Today was the day of my wedding, although I didn't really want to get married. My father had bought me a beautiful wedding dress, but I couldn't find it in me to be happy about it. The entire kingdom had come to the wedding, and Loki and I were now married. Our honeymoon was going to be spent in the castle, but I wasn't really looking forward to it.

We were already on our honeymoon when Loki and I were intimate. I was concerned about the possibility of being pregnant with Loki's child, as I did not want to have a baby with him. My father appointed Loki as his successor, a decision I disagreed with. My father informed me that King Richard's son was coming to negotiate peace, but I am unsure if they will succeed in reaching an agreement with my father. Loki has manipulated my father to the extent that it will be challenging to discuss peace with him.

The following day, Prince George and Prince Paul visited our castle. Unfortunately, my father was stubborn and refused to listen to their suggestions for making peace. I was disappointed and angry with him. While my attention was fixed on Prince Paul, I noticed that he was also looking at me. Unfortunately, Loki was too busy chatting with other women to notice what was going on between Prince Paul and me.

A week later, Prince George and Paul remained at our castle, attempting to persuade my father to pursue peace. Both princes were opposed to going to war with my father. Prince Paul and I were already in a romantic relationship and were making arrangements to elope. I was discreetly preparing a bag when Sabrina rushed into my room looking distressed.

"What's wrong, Sabrina?" I inquired.

"Your father has been killed, and Loki is spreading rumors that Prince Paul and George are responsible for his murder," Sabrina responded sadly.

"I don't think that Prince George or Prince Paul is responsible for my father's death. I believe it was Loki who murdered him," I stated.

Sabrina responded, "I know Loki killed your father, but no one will believe you. Loki is spreading false rumors that you and Prince Paul are lovers who conspired to kill your father. You and Prince Paul need to flee."

Without any hesitation, I grabbed my bag and ran away with Prince Paul.

The entire kingdom was in search of Prince Paul, Prince George, and me. Unfortunately, Loki and his army managed to find us. I had to witness Loki kill Prince Paul while Prince George was able to escape. In a fit of rage, Loki cursed me by turning me into a genie and trapping me inside a lamp for eternity.

Sabrina

Sabrina witnessed Loki murdering Prince Paul and cursing Princess Jenny by turning her into a genie. She noticed that Loki was about to rub the lamp, but she hit him over the head instead. Sabrina took the lamp and hid it from Loki. Unfortunately, Sabrina couldn't undo the curse that Loki put on Princess Jenny. The only way to break the curse was for Princess Jenny to find true love.
