Mikhail Gorbachev, the first Soviet Union leader to ever begin the reforms and political stability of the failing economy and relations between the West is ousted by a group of Anti-Western leaders and military commanders.

In March 7th 1988, he is exiled to London where he spends the remainder of his days while protesting the new rising power that has begun to restart the harsh rule of the Soviet Government.

Within a period of 4 months, the freedom once granted in the Soviet Union is abolished and the old system is reinstated with major changes. Factories become prison camps for those who either question or speak out and a militaristic form of patriotism is the new norm.

The Eastern Bloc suffers from the effects and now Pro-Communist groups now want to align themselves even more with the Soviet Union.

(Soviet Troops march towards Kabul)

The following month after the successful coup in Moscow, Eastern Bloc leaders and ambassadors to other Communist factions meet in the Kremlin Parliament Building to discuss terms.

The result: The Eastern Bloc, China, North Korea, Cuba, Communist governments in Africa, Belize, Aregentina, Indonesia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Half of the Middle East, and also Finland are annexed.

News of this illegal annexation sparks outrage in the UN which leads to tensions and sanctions against this illegal land grab. More and more countries are eventually grabbed by the Soviet Union and start to form the Greater Soviet Alliance.

Military buildup increases and soon the Soviet Military is twice the strength it was back in 1983.

The world is in full panic.

29 years after the Revolution in Moscow and the increasing occupied territories that formed the GSA along with the increased military buildup, the Cold War still raged on. Now led by Vladimir Putin, everyone is in panic mode.

A series of small conflicts break out between those who want to join the GSA, The newly formed Western Coalition, or remain neutral which devastated the world itself. Only one of these conflicts could spark the biggest problem ever:

World War 3!!!

Just close to the East German Berlin Wall sector, a large group of German Soviet troops along with Soviet Spetsnaz begin launching training exercises that begin to raise concerns while the rest of the GSA is prepping its forces for a potential campaign.

Soviet troops amass near South Korea and Japan while the Chinese amass a large fleet towards Australia, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, Philippines, and the Mongolians now side with the GSA causing more problems.

Warlords in the Middle East aligned to the GSA now reform the militias into battle hardened regiments ready to combat now armed with the weapons given to them by their new allies. Their targets are Israel and the remaining countries who would stick with the West such as India.

In the Caribbean and South America, Soviet troops and supplies are being sent to supply and train many locals into submission for the Soviet militias. Cuba becomes a missile base again with this time a portable submarine base.

Towards the southernmost portions of the Eastern Bloc, Soviet fleets come into contact with each other and prepare for landing troops on French, Italian, and Spanish soil as well as Gibraltar and Portugal.

Norway and Sweden now fear the war as much as everyone else does and begin preparing their troops to fight to the bitter end.

And just like South America, Canada, Mexico, and the USA now face even more problems than ever before and with small uprisings happening in their own backyard, they try so desperately to find a solution especially now since they can't get reinforcements to the Pacific since the Panama Canal was seized by a Pro-Communist faction led by Noriega and the Panamanian Communist Liberation Party.

In no time at all, Soviet forces all over the world begin to amass their troops into large numbers and most of them hope to bring an end to the Cold War only so that the proud flag of Communism can be raised on the White House.

The only thing that is keeping them from attacking the west is the signal: Attack

The only thing that is keeping them from attacking the west is the signal: Attack.

And that order once given would later trigger the conflict.
