"Monica," wasall that Harry said.

But it was the wayhe said her name that made me worry. I watched her flash her flirtysmile at him and Harry's eyes sparkled as he flashed her back asmile.

"Nicolette,"Ella yelled catching my attention.

I turned to look ather and welcomed her with a big hug.

"Happy Birthday."she said.

"Thank you. Howdid this all happen?"

She smiledexcitedly, "Well it was Harry and your dad actually. Harry plannedthe party and then your dad contacted me and said to gather yourclosest friends and then next thing you know here we are. Where isHarry anyways?"

"Oh his right,"I turned to point at where he was last standing, but he wasn't thereanymore, "i don't know where he went."

"It's fine i'll greet him later. I want you to come and see what Zayn and I got you for your birthday" She said pulling me away.

I kept searching the room for Harry as Ella pulled me towards a table filled with presents.

"Here," she said handing me a little box.

I opened up the box and there was a gold heart-shaped locket. I opened the locket and there was a picture of my mother and I on my thirteenth birthday.

"It's beautiful Ella thank you," I said embracing her in a hug.

"I thought it might be hard to celebrate your birthday without your mom, so I thought maybe now you can carry her with you for every birthday."She said.

"I love it thank you." I said.

I kept looking around looking for Harry once more but still couldn't catch him anywhere in the room.

"Are you alright Nicky?" Ella asked.

"Yea im just..why is Monica here?" I asked.

"She is our friend Nicky and she and her boyfriend just broke up so I figured she needed a distraction." Ella said.

"She is Harry'sex," I said.

"Yeah I wouldn't really call them exes."

"Ella," I said sternly, "You have no idea how in love Harry was with her. He was completely broken when he left LA and I don't think I am comfortable having her with him now that I am dating him. Especially since they both have disappeared all of a sudden."

"It'll be fine.I'm sure she won't do anything wrong and how do you even know they are together."

"Because they were together the last time I saw them. I think I am going to go look for them I don't trust her." I said walking away.

I wasn't to convinced that Monica would do no harm. Just her mere presence does all the harm. I like the Harry that I have now and I don't think I can stand here and watch her destroy him again. What if he falls for her again? What if he is still not over her?

I kept getting interrupted in my search for Harry by all of the guest. I couldn't really complain since they all took the time to be here and spend my birthday with me, but right now the only thing on my mind was finding Harry. Once I seemed to be done talking to everyone I continued to search for Harry.

I headed towards the kitchen and just before walking in I began to hear voices. It was Harry talking to someone. I was about to walk away because I didn't want to ease drop but something was keeping me from either walking away or walking in.
