The coroner opened the body bag.

"Agent Tyler, Agent Perry, Agent Hamilton, meet Frank O'Brien." he said.

"He died of a heart attack, right?" I asked.

"Three days ago." the coroner said.

"But O'Brien was 44 years old and, according to this, a marathon runner." Sam said.

"Everybody drops dead sooner or later. It's why I got job security." he said.

"Yeah, but Frank kicked it here. Now, just yesterday, two perfectly healthy men bit it in Maumee. All heart attacks, you don't think that's strange?" Dean asked.

"Sounds like Maumee's problem to me. Why's the FBI give a damn, anyway?" the coroner asked.

"We just want to see the results of Frank's autopsy." Dean said.

"What autopsy?" he asked.

"The one you're gonna do." Dean said.

The coroner cut open the dead body.

"First dead body?" he asked as he cut.

"Far from it." Dean said.

"Oh, good. Because these suckers can get pretty ripe. Hey, hand me those rib cutters, would you?" the coroner asked. Sam took a fortifying breath while Dean picked up the cutters and handed it to the coroner. I squeezed my nails into my palms. The coroner cut the ribs open while Sam and I kept ourselves from squirming.

"Is that from a wedding ring? I didn't think Frank was married." Dean noted.

"Ain't my department." the coroner said.

"Any idea how he got these?" I asked as I picked up Frank's arm and noted scratches.

"You know what? When you drop dead, you actually tend to drop. Body probably got scraped up when it hit the ground. Huh!" the coroner exclaimed.

"What?" I asked.

"I-I can't find any blockages in any of the major arteries." he said then broke off the heart. I turned around and covered my face as Dean tried not to vomit.

"Heart looks pretty damn healthy." he said and handed the heart to Dean. "Hold that a second, would you?" Sam smirked off to the side. I walked to the other side of Sam so I wasn't near Dean or the heart. The coroner cut something else in the body. Some juice hit Sam in the face. I stood there, mouth agape, then ran and stood on the other side of the room.

"Oh, sorry. Spleen juice." the coroner said and Dean smirked.

"You big baby." Dean said to me and I flipped him off.

We went to talk to the police. The boys were sitting in front of the Deputy's desk while I stood as far from them as I could.

"Would you stop being such a wuss and come sit down." Dean said to me.

"No thanks, heart hands and spleen juice." I said. The Deputy gave me a weird look.

"For the last time, we showered it all off. We are clean as can be." Sam said.

"I do not care." I said. The sheriff finally came out of his office.

"Hell's bells, Linus, have you seen my... Who are they?" he asked as he saw us. The boys stood up.

"Federal agents. I, uh..." the deputy said.

"And you kept them waiting?" the sheriff asked.

"You, you said not to disturb." the deputy said.
